Our go to place for yummy mediterranean food. My favorite is the falafel sandwich with an addition of the amazing hot sauce. Wife loves the Greek fries and chicken kabab plate.

Had been here on Friday night, since we wanted mediterranean food and did not want to go to the u-district for it. It’s a nice little place right on Queen Anne Ave near the bars. We ordered a chicken plate and a kofta place, and a side of hummus and pita. The staff were friendly and the food was ready really quickly. The food was pretty good & well cooked. The rice was a bit bland though. This is a great place with good cheap food and plenty of seating. Cost us less than $ 25 incl tip for two plates and a side. And it is open till 2:30 am on Friday and Saturday nights, so I can imagine this place to do good business from the bar crowd later in the night.

Great service! My boyfriend and I ordered over the phone today for lunch and came in to pick up our order. We were told it would be ready in 10 minutes and walked right over! The food was ready right away, the staff was extremely friendly and put silverware and napkins in the bag for us. Our meals were delicious! One of the best Greek salads I’ve had in a long time: not too much garlic, and they even added extra cheese for me. I had the chicken kabobs which were tender and juicy. My boyfriend ordered the gyro plate and he literally ate the entire plate! The rice is cooked perfectly and the pita and hummus are also delicious. I will definitely be back for more!

Super delicious classic gyro combo. I love that it is super simple and the fries are really good! Next time I will have to try the chicken gyro and then the shawarma. It’s kind of in a less kept up area of Queen Anne but don’t let that determine whether to come here or not. It’s close enough to work that I can walk there for a 45 minute lunch. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Awesome! My wife & I ate here for a late dinner on a Sat. night at 10:30. A few people in there, but food was excellent. I got the Gyro plate and my wife got the Chicken Kabob. Both excellent. Salad good. Pita bread fresh. Chicken & lamb tender and flavorful. Cost $ 20. A bargain for good food.

I was really craving Greek food one day at work so of course I came on to Unilocal to see where the closest Greek restaurants were that were within walking distance from the office. Golden Olive and Athina Grill were the closest(5 minute walk if even) so I decided to first try Golden Olive. DELICIOUS! The price was very reasonable(less than $ 10) and they give you very generous portions! I got the food to go so because the food was very hot, the box was a little soggy and wet by the time I got back to the office to start eating. But the food was so yummy! I ordered the Gyro Plate and had enough food for 2 meals. The only thing I would criticize about the dish is I’d wish they gave me more tzatziki sauce. Other than that, I will definitely be coming here again for lunch! In fact, I may actually go here today… :)

Ordered take out from here over the weekend and let me start with saying it was a super easy process through eat 24 and the staff was very friendly. On to the food. I really wanted to like this place; I pass by it all the time and finally decided to give it a try. Maybe I’m a bit biased because I’ve had some of the most amazing Mediterranean food in Greece, but overall most of the food we got here was pretty bland. The falafel was dry and flavorless, the grape leaves were decent, the gyro chicken plate was nothing special, I liked the Greek fries but wish they came with more sauce & feta.

Fast, cheap, consistent quality, and yummy. I have tried the falafel wrap, and the falafel salad, and really enjoyed both. This is a great place to grab take out, or for a quick dine in. They are also on the Amazon Prime Now delivery app for lazy days.

I have been wanting to try this place for a while and since I was really close I decided to give it a try. It is a small little restaurant where you go up to the counter and place your order and pay. They will bring the food out to you. When I approached the counter there was a young man who welcomed me. I needed a bit of time to decide what I wanted off the large menu on the wall so I asked for a recommendation. I was torn between the Kofte Or Chicken Shwarma. The older gentleman behind the counter spoke up and said he would recommend the Kofte so that is what I got. I took a seat in the main dining area. There are three booths that seat two people and three more that seat four people. There image also two tables that seat four and an area by the prep area where you can sit at a counter. There is also a big bench to sit at when you are waiting for your takeout. There is some interesting fabric going across the ceiling and there are some other decorations as well adding some color. Everything was made fresh and my sandwich was brought to my table in less than ten minutes. I thought the meat was good but it was a bit dry but had a good taste. Also most of the lettuce was yellow in color but that’s just a visual thing. Iceberg lettuce doesn’t really have much of a taste. The tadziki sauce was flavorful and there was a lot of it which I like. The pita bread was also perfect. I tried to order some hot tea but they did it have any so I just had a water. A good place for a quick lunch and the people working there were polite. I want to give this place another try and see if I can get it up another star!

Ate a delicious lunch here after spending the morning doing tourist-y things over by the Space Needle. My husband ordered the chicken gyro plate and I got the falafel plate. Both were made to order and did not disappoint. My falafel was perfectly spiced and got nice and crispy on the outside while being soft on the inside. I loved the rice which seemed to have a hint of sweet(maybe cinnamon or cardamom) undertone to it along with the savory. Some hummus and pita chips perfectly rounded out my plate. The plates were huge, neither of us could quite polish them off and we were happy to have a fairly long walk back to our hotel afterwards! Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Delicious Mediterranean food! Better than Athina across the street. I got the chicken gyro plate, and it was large, flavorful, and inexpensive($ 9.99). Very friendly!

Great flavors with the kufta plate. Walking by in the early afternoon, stopped in based on some Unilocal reviews, ordered the Kufta plate, and was delighted. Excellent flavorful lamb, the Greek salad, pita, and rice were also very very good. $ 9.99 was a good value for Seattle.

Like my women this joint is cheap and fulfilling so that’s why I came here two to three times a week. Yup, I said it. I love all things lamb. I love shwarma, doner, kefta kebabs… and this place was cheap. Marriage made in heaven Felecia. The platters will really fill you up and a sandwich is kinda decent too. Although, if this was in NYC, you’d get way more meat. Pause. It’s not a destination but rather a perfect joint to have in the hood kind of thing. Kinda like Applebees, but not.

Went here for dinner last night with my wife and a couple of friends. We were a little surprised to find it empty on a Friday night and I really hope that business picks up. We started off with the greek fries. They were easily the best I’ve had till date. Perfect fries, brilliant sauce on them and nice seasoning. Loved them. I got the kufta plate while my friend for the lamb kebab plate. The meat was so tender and flavorful, melted in my mouth. The rice was outstanding. The salad was fresh and well seasoned. The pita and humus were pretty standard but fresh. Massive portion of outstanding food. My wife for the falafel sandwich. It was really nice but the falafels themselves were a tad bit dry, like they had been frozen before being fried. We finished off with the most generous portions of baklava I’ve ever seen. Overall I absolutely loved the food. They portions are huge and the prices extremely affordable. The service is quick and friendly. I can’t wait to go back and would very strongly recommend it to everyone.

I was in the mood for Mediterranean so I figured I would try the Golden Olive. My husband got the gyro and I got the kufta plate. My kufta was tender and delicious, the rice was bursting with flavor, and the hummus was rich and creamy. We will for sure be going back the next time we are in the area.
