The Brightest Life – EFT Tapping with Harry Werber

Harry is a very gifted EFT facilitator. I’ve had a lot of experience with EFT in the past, and Harry is exceptional. In my session with him he was clearly present and listening deeply. His demeanor is calm and open, and I found it easy to relax. Harry’s skills with EFT coupled with his compassion and sweetness make it a great experience. Also, he’s got great follow-​up, which I really appreciate. He called me 3 days after the session to check on how I was doing and spent 15 minutes with me on the phone. My session was via Skype, and I’m sure an in-​person visit would be wonderful as well.

Harry is a healer’s healer. With his guidance, I uncovered some deeply imbedded limiting beliefs and terror that have kept me from moving forward in my business as an intuitive healer and yoga therapist. Together we uncovered previously unknown territory; this was especially exciting because I wasn’t even aware of these blocks and now that they are conscious I know where my work is! I slid down the mucky murky waters of my fear and landed right smack in the middle of the shame and terror that keeps me from receiving — receiving love, receiving support, receiving compensation for my labors… Harry skillfully kept me at the edge of my comfort zone with so much compassion and love that I was also to soften into and accept what was there. I got to bring awareness to places that I would rather hide from, sunshine and love to areas of my psyche that I’ld rather push away and compassion to the parts of me that feel so young, underdeveloped, treacherously dangerous and un-​evolved. Embarrassed as I was, as little as I wanted to feel that or go there, I was willing. More importantly, I was not alone.
Thank you Harry for symbolically holding my hand. After our session together, I have felt much more brave and willing to move into uncomfortable terrain, vulnerable conversations and do the work that I need to move forward.

Harry is a fantastic EFT facilitator with a real knack of getting to the root of what your issue is and holding space for you to work through it. He is honest, direct and highly skilled and I fully recommend working with him, whatever your issue is. I lead a transformational yoga teacher training program and have twice had Harry work directly with trainees as they find their voice in teaching. Whether overcoming nerves for public speaking or deeper routed issues around self worth and personal value, having a session with Harry can definitely help. Highly recommended!

I had a truly amazing experience working with Harry and EFT. I had done it once before many years ago. The session ran very rhythmically, including tapping, as well as repeating phrases that Harry suggested. The issue I was working on is physical incontinence, which has been a huge deal in my life for the past couple years. Somehow 90 minutes passed and I didn’t have to use the bathroom– highly unusual! The experience helped me to feel more confident in general, and specifically around the incontinence. Since my session I feel like the incontinence is no longer running me. Before the session I was embarrassed to talk about this topic, and since the session it’s been much easier to tell people what I need without feeling any shame or guilt. Having more awareness around this issue is very freeing. I feel so much more relaxed around the issue now. It doesn’t have to hang over me as a burden any more. I would totally work with Harry again and I certainly recommend checking him out!

Before visiting Harry, I had never experienced EFT before and knew very little about it. The first 30 minute phone consultation really got me excited… EFT seems like it can be used for pretty much any aspect of your life! I chose to focus my first session on my chronic low back pain, which has been bothering me for 4+ years now without much improvement. The tapping felt a little foreign and silly at first, but Harry creates such an inviting/​calm/​accepting energy that anyone would settle right in. I’ve had a hunch for a while now that my back pain was somehow lingering inside of me bound up with negative energy… and throughout our session Harry was able to guide me in such a delicate and insightful manner to gently untangle my wad of anxiety, sadness and protective feelings. He helped me connect emotional dots and link past experiences to the present in ways I had never of thought of before. I could physically feel the tension that had been stored for years wash away out of my shoulders and jaw. At the end of our session I could feel cells within my body alive with optimism and excitement to continue of my path of healing… and most importantly, to love and accept myself in the present moment. I highly recommend Harry to anyone!

I was reccommended to see Harry by a friend of mine. I had never had an EFT session before, but I had some chronic health issues that I was really tired of. I was having anxiety, sadness and anger around being unwell. I felt like the heavy emotions I was carrying around were poison to my system and blocking the joy and healing capacites in my life.
I purchased a 3 session package with Harry and I’m really glad I did.
Harry had a great demenour throughout the sessions. He was like the best therapist I’ve had, with skills to help trauma really release for once and for all. He guided me though the tapping, and I picked it up really quickly. I can’t stress enough how cool he was to work with. I felt really at ease and comfortable with him, which was good due to the personal nature of what I wanted to go in to.
In between sessions I felt really supported with the check in call and the tapping he assigned me to do before our next session.
I went on a journey into a lot of my stored emotions, and was finally able to release things that I had been holding on for ages. I feel so much lighter, and finally able to heal deeply. I feel like a new person in many ways. My triggers and reactivity in my daily life and in my relationship have shifted. I feel healthier, quality of life has gone up and the ablilty to heal my body has improved.
EFT has blown me away. Harry is totally in his element here.
