Awesome teriyaki! I usually go here once a week for lunch, and I have never been disappointed. Very delicious. Mmm mmm! Oh, and the family that owns the joint is great too.

This place is the best teriyaki in this SODO area. There’s a few others nearby, but they all suck in comparison. Definitely go here if you want teriyaki and are stuck down here.

We stopped here by chance on our way from the airport to Merrysville and wow! Beat decision ever! Loved it. The teriyaki was prefect and the dressing on the salad was fabulous.

I came here for lunch today. I was good size for a teriyaki place. I ordered the chicken teriyaki egg roll combo meal. It was pretty good. The chicken was tender and moist. The egg roll was decent as well

I’m stunned by the some of the lower marked reviews. I’m new to commenting on Unilocal, but I do know Teriyaki and Teriyaki Plus on airport is the best in Seattle. Most teriyaki is super fatty bad cuts of meat but at TP is top notch. I love the small family who owns the spot and they know me by name and customer service is the best(when compared to other teriyaki). I usually call in my order to avoid lunch lines(not that bad), I’m a little impatient. I love the #5 chicken kabobs. The salad dressing is out of this world. I put it on everything. I also purchase the house salad dressing and house teriyaki sauce right from the counter(a little known fact) to make my own dishes at home. Give it a shot if ur in the area. I drive from greenwood just to eat there.

Price is very high for low quality food. Very rude service from cashier lady. Only reason why I go here is because it is close to where I work. Not going there again.

Excellent teriyaki and really amazing shrimp yakisoba right near Boeing field… really simple divey décor, just exactly what you’ve come to expect in Seattle. Amy, one of the proprietor, is super sweet and wonderful, making the whole meal more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

I have worked in the SODO area for many years, and Teriyaki Plus was always the favorite lunchtime teriyaki joint of both myself and my co-workers. The meat was nicely grilled, the sauces tasty, and the salad dressing was the bomb! I recently stopped by there after not having been in about a year, and it is with great disappointment that I must say that things have really gone downhill. The chicken was not grilled properly… it was flabby, with only the barest markings of the grill, and not seasoned at all. Furthermore, they charge $.035 for«extra» teriyaki sauce, which I paid, but there was no teriyaki sauce on the meat to begin with! What the heck? And the sauce itself was weak-tasting, almost watered-down. Rice, salad and dressing were fine, nothing out-of-the-ordinary. Gyoza were great, actually, and their dipping sauce was delicious, with all the umami that the teriyaki sauce didn’t have. Customer service was fine. I just can’t see myself paying $ 9 in the future for a very average chicken-teriyaki-with-good-gyoza plate to go. Sorry, Teriyaki Plus!

I also think some of these reviews are for a different place. I love the food. My only complaint is the new containers they use because of the stupid Seattle law about styrofoam. The new containers make the salad warm and soggy.

I am not sure if people are reviewing the wrong place, however I think this place is great! The people are friendly and the restaurant is very clean. You can get a large chicken teriyaki for $ 6.50 which is a great price and the portion is huge. They do a great job and the place is always full when I am there. The service is always quick(I go on my lunch break) and I would never hesitate to go back.

Ok, i have never gotten good service here, the cashier is always very rude to me, and i am a pretty laid back person. Today, My boyfriend ran over quickly and brought me back a teriyaki and salad, which they bagged there, and put the napkin and fork in the bag like they usually do. Well, the container and the napkin had blood spots on it, and it was fresh. I took it back over, wanting them to just replace it, and the lady looked at me and said its funny how it was only your box that had blood on it, and rolled her eyes. I am thinking to myself, yes, because I always take my food out of a tied bag and deliberately cut myself so i can drip blood on the box and have to leave work to take my break to return the food for other food? hmmm. Anyway, after that comment I just politely asked for my money back, and let her know I was not coming there again. I work right around the corner, and I did go in often… maybe they don’t like Italians?

This place used to be a lot better, then they got new owners a few years back and things promptly went in the crapper. I agree with D.J.Y. about their hot sauce; way too tame, more sweet than anything. Overall, a failure and not worthy of having«hot» attached to the name. Same goes for their«spicy» dishes, I don’t know if they were too spicy before(I never had a problem) and people complained or what… but to me it tastes just like any other«normal» teriyaki dish sans spice. Two stars however for the crappiest rice I’ve ever had at a teriyaki place. Dry, crunchy, it was like someone bleached some Grape Nuts and put«spicy» chicken on top of them. When you put white rice in ALLOFYOURMEALS you had damn well better be able to prepare it properly. I can understand occasionally sending out a plate where the chicken is a little dry, etc, but when one of the staples of your entire menu tastes like it’s not even cooked… that’s when we run into problems. Also, their hours are horrible; assuming you’d even want to go there after reading these reviews. They close at 3 pm and are not open on weekends.

Located in the da-hood, aka, George Town… I guess when it’s the only game in town you can charge these prices and get away with it! Heck for my $ 9.00 I expected to leave at least half-full. Ron M. and I are now looking for snacks… Limited menu, typical Wal-mart-esk Yaki joint. Cashier was nice but damn the«hot sauce» was too tame, as was the hot-level of the«spicy» chicken. My 5yo could eat this stuff, no problem. 3 stars for being clean, and for producing decent looking plates, but that’s not enough to get me back. PS– This month’s special is 2 hash browns for $ 1.99?
