This is the second time I have used Ted’s Chimney Service and once again I was completely satisfied with the promptness, quality of service, fair price, and the humble courtesy of Ted and his delightful assistant. Called and arranged for a visit and estimate … they never showed up. It’s been over a week now and they haven’t even called to explain what happened or to reschedule.
