Outstanding dinner and an awesome show! Went and saw ‘Be Italian’ and it was incredibly fun! First the food. Our party of 6 were split between the Salmon and the Rib-eye steak. Consensus from everyone: 5 stars. Chef should have come out for a bow. Job well done! The show, Be Italian! Quick back story, «When the head of New Jersey’s most famous Italian restaurant meets an untimely demise, the family scrambles to revamp Papa’s restaurant into a glittery show palace filled with divas, showgirls, and rocker chicks. » So. Much. Fun! I added the link so you see the cast members; all who had done an outstanding job. We fell in love with them. The service. First rate! What impressed me most was at times they crouched to the floor so as not to block the view of the performance. The quickness to which our water bottles were always maintained. The politeness and smiles they always had. I’m sure every night is exhausting for them but what fun they seem to have when they participate in the song and dance. Would I go again? In a heart beat and with a smile. Ahhh, Tina Romanelli…

My husband and I took his 84 year old mom to this show last night. We AL thought it was AMAZING! Hilarious, breathtaking, theatrical, so much fun!!! certainly worth the money spent on it. My mother-in-law kept saying, «I have never seen anything like this in my life!» Thank you Teatro Zinnani for a wonderful evening!

I can totally sympathize with the lady who has the mushroom allergy as that’s very serious, but Teatro is the funnest thing you can do in Seattle. Yes, if you haven’t reserved tables close to the stage, arrive as early as possible — there’s a fantastic store in the entry and a bar, too. If you’re seated in a booth, consider sitting in the deepest part of the booth so you can see the stage without twisting around. Bring your own wine if you’re into that and pay the corkage fee. And out of the 7 times we’ve been there, only one of our meals had a tiny glitch that we didn’t even mention to our server. And if I had a food allergy I would be very, very specific about it to the server, and when your food is served, ask your server if your plate was prepared as you requested. Anyway, friends are coming in from Nebraska(!) next month and we’re taking them. I can’t wait to see their faces.

Having been in the events industry for many years, I always appreciate a great production. When my family announced a mini reunion in Seattle I found this event online and was excited to go. It was a lot more family oriented than one of their shows I had seen in OC several years ago, but it was still a lot of fun. This company has a great way of combining song, dance, vaudeville, acrobatics and old time décor in a modern way. If you’re a local or a visitor from out-of-town, this is definitely a fun addition of entertainment to an afternoon downtown.

First of all, I admit that we made our Saturday reservation on Saturday afternoon, but they crammed 8 people in a booth that should only seat 6. And the seats were very uncomfortable. The food was so-so. The regular steak was tasty but tough and the cooked veggies were nearly raw. The salmon was bland. The upgraded wagyu steak was very tender, but it cost an additional $ 30. We were one of the last tables to be served our entrée, and the show lights went out half way through our meal. We could either eat blind or let our food get cold. Take your own wine. Pay the corkage fee and save some money. The show was very entertaining. Overall, I think it was overpriced for what we got.

Over all, the experience was pleasant. The show was fun and the drinks were good! However, I do want to take note and worn people that have food allergies. I have a mushroom food allergy. They recorded this upon my purchase of the tickets, they wrote it on my table card, and the server even addressed that he was aware. The steak has mushroom powder in the sauce. The server said that he would put the sauce on the side for me considering my allergy. However, when the food came out. It was carelessly placed in front of me. The sauce was on the steak. If I wasn’t paying attention. I could have had a horrible allergic reaction and it could have ruined my night. For how much I was paying to be there, I found that to be quite disappointing. I worn people that this is not a custom experience. Everything is generically done. It was overpriced for the experience. I would hesitate to come back again.

We went to «Be Italian» with a group of 8. None of us had been before, so I’m not sure we knew what to expect. What a great show! Your face will hurt from laughing and you’ll be wowed by the acrobatics. The music was great too. It was so fun to have dinner and a show. We called ourselves the«Hollywood table» because we had 1 vegetarian, 2 gluten free, and 2 vegans, plus 3 regular menu people. Our waitress did a fantastic job of confirming what each our needs were and explaining what we’d be getting for each course. My husband and I were the two vegans. We had a delicious meal of fruit, spicy mushroom soup, salad, lasagna, and raspberry sorbet. It was all delicious. Thank you to Teatro ZinZanni for making a kick ass menu for vegans, while still maintaining great items for omnivores. We are already talking about when to return.

What a roaring good time! A great mix of comedy, singing talent, audience participation and jaw dropping aerial acrobatics. Yes it’s expensive but if you have a birthday or anniversary or special occasion this is definitely worth saving up for because it’s more than a show it’s a celebration. I see there are some complaints about the food here on Unilocal but keep in mind any time you have to make meals on a mass scale(feeding over 100 people at once) you are going to lose some quality. If you have ever been to a wedding reception that served dinner then you know what I’m talking about. I want to give extra kudos and thanks to Kelsie in the ticket office. We had to cancel/reschedule our original reservation due to a death in the family(24 hours before our original reservation) and Kelsie was incredibly compassionate and kind and made extra effort to make the rescheduling process as easy as possible during such a difficult time for us. Thank you Kelsie!

Absolutely LOVE Teatro Zinzanni. Foods were absolutely delicious! I love the performance and how they incorporated their act with the theme of the foods. I went here for my boyfriend and my anniversary. At first, I thought it was really pricey for a dinner show; however, it’s worth every penny! I was not disappointed at all! Actors/Actress do interact with all of the audiences and they make sure everyone is having a great time. You cant go wrong with any seats you get because you will see the performance no matter where you are sitting.

The entertainment here is very good. The food was not so much. I ordered the vegetarian entrée and felt that my meal should have been much less expensive than those who had the salmon or steak. The seating here is interesting as well, if you don’t want to drop even more $$, you’ll have to share the table with other parties. My neck started hurting from having to look to the side for three hours. My tip would be to arrive early and order drinks from the table, your table is assigned but you can select your seats if the other parties aren’t there yet! I’d say it’s worth doing once but I probably won’t be returning.

My grandparent bought the family a night at teatro this year for a Christmas present. I have always wanted to come and check this place out only having past it about a million times. What a unique experience its like cirque du soleil meets comedy club meets fancy dinner! The service was really good and attentive. I would say that this place is great entertainment for groups or even just a date night for 2. For my main entrée I had the salmon and I thought it was cooked perfectly. Also everyone at the table loved the butternut squash soup. The dessert which was a chocolate mousse cake I basically inhaled. I have to say the actors/performers are really talented! All in all a great time and I will definitely be back in the future!

One part dinner theater, three parts insanity! Went to see, no experience, Hollywood Nights at Teatro Zinzanni tonight. What an experience. I now know why it is so hard to explain what this experience is like. Yes, it is live theater with dinner served, but that does not do it justice. You will spend 3 hours in an intimate setting, being served food and drink by servers/performers while being engaged in an interactive improve comedy with lots of singing, dancing, juggling and acrobatics. Be warned, this is an audience participation evening, but they only pick on a few people to bring up front to participate in the show. The rest of you will just be asked to applaud or yell at certain parts of the show. Lucky me, My wife and I were picked to play the Russian couple at one part of the show. Luckily we had a chance to consume some alcohol before this, so we were able to go with the flow. The food was very good for«banquet food». I say this because they feed a whole bunch of people at the same time. Food service is quite a production, but I won’t share any details so you will have to see it in person to find out the detail. But like I said, all the food was quite good for this type of venue. But the real attraction is the show. First class cast, lots of humor, good song and great performances by the dancers, jugglers and acrobats. To Francine, I think you should have taken the part of «the queen of England». Wouldn’t that«pucker the butts» of the English if you became Queen? Sorry for those who have not seen the show, this is an inside joke. Go see Teatro Zinanni, It is worth the price!!!

Great Entertainment! Teatro Zinzanni is a really fun show and they have great dinner, drinks and service! With a mixture of comedy, music and acrobatics, this is a great place to go for fun and laughter. The whole team is pretty amazing and you feel like you’re part of the show the entire time. We will definitely go again and if you haven’t been it’s well worth giving it a try!

My boyfriend’s company has their annual party here, so I’ve enjoyed a couple of shows and always had a great time. They change up the shows every few months to keep people coming back. The waitstaff and bartenders are all extremely professional and courteous. The ambiance is a fun affair, boudoir-like, with bright colors and velvet hanging off the ceiling. Generally, the food is outstanding; this last time the butternut squash bisque and the kobe steak were outstanding. The salad lacked flavor but the chocolate ganache dessert on a cookie was a sweet finish(the presentation was beautiful, the ganache had edible gold flakes). The show and the performers are very talented; I enjoy the acrobatics part more than the singing and dancing. Sometimes a performer will ‘overact’ a bit, but it’s not a true hindrance to enjoyment. If you get the chance, I recommend spending an evening here.

Teatro Zinzanni was fun times. Thanks to Groupon for the deal we couldn’t past up. I’ve always wanted to visit this place. Not for the food, but for the performance experience. The show was fun and it was incredible that they were able to work with such a small space. I loved every minute of the show. I would suggest anyone planning a visit to dress up. It’s fun and they take a preshow picture, which costed about $ 10. The food wasn’t all that at all, but awesome performance.

The best spot in the house if you don’t mind being possibly noticed is in the premium seats closer to the front. Mind you it may cost you over $ 140 for a seat but it is well worth it. The performers may make fun of you, call you up and you are up close with all the performers. I always loved the fact that the show includes a Prix fixe meal. I usually get the filet mignon and I never pass up on the wine and alcohol. Last time I came here, one of my friends was called on stage to sing Whitney Houston’s, «I will always love you» and won as the audience’s favorite. He got a free picture with the actress on stage as well as kisses. It was awesome! I want to be picked! However if the spotlight isn’t for you, you can get general admission seats in the back. It is half off through or sometimes groupon offers a deal especially to go backstage. Costco also has discounted gift cards sometimes as well.

The food was terrible once again, but the show — The Hot Spot — was a bundle of fun. I had mistaken the showtime and my boyfriend and I unknowingly arrived 30 minutes late. The lobby was empty. We were escorted to our seats: inner ring table 305 right by the main stage after it had begun. The performance included singing, dancing, single & couples pole dancing, and acrobatics. My boyfriend was dragged onto the stage; he wore a short-sleeve henley shirt and the performer asked him if he was wearing his pajamas(LOLOLOLOLOLDIED). He even had his solo dance time on stage in a glittery disco jacket. I wanted to take a picture but you can’t take photos during the show so I only have the image engraved mentally(sorry). I remember taking photos throughout my last visit, so I thought it was odd that I got warned by our server not to take pictures amidst our selfie during intermission; he said the production staff would scold him. So confused. By the way, does anyone know what’s a proper rate for gratuity for this type of performance + dinner show? Successfully popped yet another cherry!

Omg such a hilarious show they had us laughing from 6:30−10pm!!! Great amusement and love how they get the audience and bring them into the show. Saw the Hot Spot this time. Great show! The actors were all truly amazing and our wait staff/hosts were all part of the act. Food was pretty amazing as well. Enjoyed the flat bread and bread basket(extra), not too impressed with the appetizer. Soup & salad were ok. The Fillet Mignon was impressive, as was the dessert. All I can say is WOW, what an experience.

Got student special tickets for 60 bucks a piece. Score! We went for my birthday and it was a great time. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical at first but it was a blast. The food was good and the servers did an impressive job of getting all that food served to so many people in a reasonable time frame. If you have a small party they seat you at a table with others which can be nice(if they are) or awkward(if they are). Our dining companions were friendly but there wasn’t too much interaction. The show was funny, the audience interaction hilarious and there was even a chance for the audience to get up an dance(I love dancing!). It was a lovely night. I would definitely go again… but probably not at full price since I’m a starving student.
