Great Burgers. One of the best food trucks in Seattle. Wish they served fries instead of potato chips.

Tl;dr: not bad enough to return it, didn’t get food poisoning, won’t be back if I can help it. Bun: a little crunch on the outside which redeemed the entire meal, and what wasn’t charred on the inside face was delicious, crunchy and flat-grilled. Meat: if that’s a third pound patty as the menu states it is, I am the Empress of Mars. It was a pre-cooked weight of a quarter pound at best, no bigger than a McDonald’s 1⁄10th lb happy meal patty in the end, and dry as if they’d been squeeeeeeezing all the juice(flavor) out with a spatula while cooking. But, not overly seasoned, which is hugely redeeming. Toppings: a balanced amount of fresh red onion and they didn’t skimp on the super tasty pickles. After smearing off half the ketchup, it almost seemed like it wouldn’t quite drown in sweet tomato flavor, but sadly I was wrong – couldn’t taste a thing over that after the first couple bites. Shredded lettuce going everywhere, thankfully the ketchup helped drown put that nasty decayed flavor of pre-shredded iceberg lettuce. I’d swear there was cheese on it but I couldn’t tell you what kind. Sides: everything came with chips, but there was a kale salad on the menu. Would have liked some munchies though. Other menu items: there was a grilled cheese and a veggie patty on there! Didn’t experience the veggie patty at all though.

I will start by saying this is the best pork sandwich I’ve had since I lived in the south and that’s saying something. The Slow Pork sandwich was cooked to perfection and the pickled peppers included on the sandwich had just the right amount of heat. I was very impressed with the grilled bun too which added a great dinning experience. Plus, they include a bag of Tim’s cascade chips with the sandwich. The cook was also helpful and available to answer my questions. If you see them, I would recommend stopping for a bite.

They’re not lying. The food is definitely tasty! But holy @#$! is it salty! I don’t know if this is how it’s normally seasoned but it was too much. Two of us had the Pulled Pork and another had the Tasty Burger. All agreed it was good but over salted. Drinking a lot of water right now.

I absolutely loved the veggie burger that I had today. My kids loved their meat burgers too. The food was ready quickly… and the service was excellent. I hope to run into their food truck again!

I ordered the grilled cheese with bacon, avocado & grilled onions. It was delicious. However, it is so small, that it really is nothing more than a snack and the price should be less than 7.50. It does come with chips, but I’d rather have a potato or macaroni salad so I feel like I have some sustenance in me. I will try the burger next time, but those also were very small. I suggest the burgers with 2 patties so you can make it through the rest of your day without needing a snack! Portions should either be bigger or prices should be less. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

Their veggie burgers are really really good. I come from a vegetarian upbringing and I know pretty well how to tell if something vegetarian is delicious. That being said, their veggie patty is out of the world tasty! It is thin, crisp, and cooked to perfection. The taste blends well with the rest of the burger as well. Not too mild to go unnoticed, and not too bold to drown out the incredible sauce and other veggies. You can’t go wrong with this one if you’re looking for a veggie lunch!

I stopped at Chucks in Capital Hill to try a beer flight and had my fingers crossed that there would be a food truck with a vegetarian option because I was on the verge of hangry. Today was my lucky day because Tasty Vibes was parked in the lot with the best veggie burger I’ve had in my life. Their veggie sandwich was around $ 9 after I added cheese and avocado, and don’t regret theses additions although the burger would have stood its ground on its own too. The tempeh veggie pattie was absolute perfection. The texture and taste won me over and I loved that the party was thin, so it was cooked through consistently. They add spicy pepper slices, I’m assuming Serrano and Habernero, but the spice amount was exactly right. The sauce and arugula worked so well with everything else happening, so I ate very slowly cause I didn’t want it to end. The bun was nothing special but it didn’t need to be. For a place that serves only meat on the rest of the menu they blow my mind with how they nailed the one veggie option. Thank you Tasty Vibes!

The Ern Burger is really tasty; good sauce and the crunch gives a good texture. A pleasure to eat!

Had a slow pork sandwich and it was indeed tasty. Don’t let the habanero aioli scare you, it’s spicy, but the picked peppers are packing more heat than the aioli. Pork was good with some crispy bits in it, and the bun was nicely toasted — I’m guessing buttered and put on the grill. Only complaint is that it’s not the biggest sandwich in the world. They should probably make it a bigger sandwich, even if they need to charge an extra buck or two.

Really good burger! Reminded me of a higher quality/tastier in-n-out burger(which I also love). Toasted bun and a fresh grass-fed beef patty.

These guys were parked outside of Chucks hop shop on 85th. Grabbed and beer and checked them out not expecting what I was getting. SWEETBABYJESUSANDTHEORPHANSITTASTESLIKEIN N’ OUT! I was blown away! It was a delicious burger and even was medium for the burger patty which was awesome! If you find them, get a burger! If you see them driving on the highway, do a police PIT maneuver and demand them to make one on the side of the 5.

My first time to a food truck! I love their menu, can’t wait to try the grass fed beef sliders! The kale salad was unique, at least for me, but so delicious. It had pulled pork on top which tasted like bacon.

Adorable truck, friendly staff, and definitely the tastiest of vibes. I had the pulled pork sandwich, and found it so tasty that I went back for another! Will be following this food truck around Seattle, FORSURE. Can’t wait to try EVERYTHING on their menu — planning on it!
