Thomasin is the sweetness in this company! She’s terrific — patient, skillful, and just the perfect amount of sweet too! I was a first time sugar-​er and her professionalism made me feel gently at ease. Sweetness Sugaring moved back to Phinney after a short stint to Fremont and I couldn’t be happier!
If you are a sugaring veteran or curious to give it a try, Thomasin is who you want to see! :)

The only place I go for sugaring. I followed Thomasin from her previous gig to her own business because she does such an amazing job. She attends to all the details, makes you feel at ease, is a great person to talk to, and is great at working with you to troubleshoot any skin issues related to sugaring. I refer all my friends to Sweetness.

Thomasin is the only girl I trust with my junk. Usually I take care of it myself because I’m cheap, but when I don’t want to give myself a back spasm or neckache, I call up Thomasin. Her space is comfortable (I’m always asking where her sheets are from), location is convenient (easy to park), service is swift (important when dealing with pain), and most importantly her technique is top notch. Highly recommend.

I HIGHLY recommend THOMASIN! She is my go to for hair removal. She is friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable, a delight to hang out with while hair is being pulled out of my body. and she has an amazing attention to detail (she checks and rechecks her work). I go to her for full leg, bikini, arm pit, upper lip and brow (which she shapes perfectly!).

I had never waxed or sugared before I went to Sweetness Sugaring and was really nervous. I got a brazilian AND full legs all at the same time!
Needless to say I was worried about exposing myself in that way. But Thomasin has such an easy going personality that instantly made me feel comfortable with the experience that believe it or not, I go every month now! I even get my underarms done too. She answers all my questions and is very easy to talk to. Seeing her once a month is actually kind of fun, and not nearly as painful as I thought it would be.
It feels SO amazing not to have to shave and I always leave the studio feeling clean of all that bothersome hair. Thomasin is really detailed and makes sure she gets everything. But honestly, if I had to go to someone else, I’m not sure how I would feel — I hope she never stops doing what she does! I highly recommend seeing her, and if you do go to someone else, you might want to switch!

I love Thomasin. I was not into sugaring regularly or waxing more than my eyebrows before I met Thomasin. She’s super down to earth and funny as shit. She puts any nerves at ease and will be really open to listening to what you want. Highly professional and just fun to connect with. If you’ve never tried sugaring, check out Sweetness. I’ve gone to a few other places in Seattle and keep coming back to Thomasin.

Thomasin is wonderful! She really pays attention to all of the details and always does a perfect job. I leave my appointment every time feeling 110% happy and satisfied with the results.
The personality of the person providing salon services is really important to me when choosing an esthetician. Not only is Thomasin friendly and sincere, she’s also really down-​to-​earth and genuine. She made me feel immediately comfortable and always answers any question that I have to the best of her knowledge.
The prices are very reasonable in my opinion. Pretty similar to other studios in the Seattle area however, I keep coming back to Thomasin just based on the quality of her work. I’ve seen other people when Thomasin is out of town and it is just not the same!

Sweetness Sugaring is co-​located at Varnish, a cozy hair and nail salon located in the heart of the trendy Greenwood neighborhood. Sweetness Sugaring just opened its doors at the beginning of February after Thomasin, the owner, decided that it was time to have her own shop. The location is easy to find and plenty of free street parking outside.
Thomasin, the owner of Sweetness Sugaring is phenomenal. I used to wax and converted 2 years ago to sugaring and would never go back… mostly because of Thomasin. I tried other sugarists in the Seattle area and none of them made me feel as comfortable or did as thorough a job as Thomasin. Aside from her sparkling personality, Thomasin is also extremely professional and, more importantly, an attentive and thorough Sugarist. She does my brows and Brazilian and I have zero complaints.
Thomasin is also a licensed esthetician (as well as being a certified sugarist) and knows a lot about skin care. I am prone to a lot of ingrown hairs after sugaring but Thomasin has suggested a post-​sugar regimen that has really helped to reduce that problem which is a huge plus. Prior to seeing her none of the suggestions from the people I used to see alleviated the problem and some actually made suggestions that made the condition worse.
I don’t have any qualms about referring anyone (male or female) to see Thomasin if they want to have hair removed. I prefer to not frequent big «mill» shops like G**y M****l or G**e J****z for any beauty services because of how impersonal the space is but Sweetness Sugaring is the complete opposite of those big shops. That along with the effort that Thomasin puts into making sure her clients are happy with her services puts this business in a class of its own.
