I went in this weekend and Jennifer made my sub– i kid you not it looked just like the subways in the commercial. I love her, she was so nice and sweet. I never really thought Subway would be one to provide quality customer service but i’m glad i decided to visit this subway because she was so sweet, i’m definitely going back!

Okay, update: the sandwich artist yelled at me when I asked for more green peppers and again when I winced at how much mustard she used. And then she sat and stared at me while I tried to eat and do paperwork. Super-weird and uncomfortable. I’m going to Quiznos next time.

This subway is sub-par. The staff are more disengaged than most and very forgetful. Usually out of at least one thing I ask for on my subs. Only thing this place has going for it is the fact that there’s not much else around.

This is one of the closest subways to where I work, so I can usually found here when I’m at lunch looking for something healthy to eat. It’s located in one of the seediest neighbors hoods in Seattle(The CD), but that’s what you get when you’re looking for coneveinence right? They have the typical subs you’d expect from subway(BLT, buffalo chicken, etc) at reasonable prices. The service here is usually pretty quick. I’d avoid the place between 12−1PM unless you want to get stuck in line behind a bunch of Garfield High School students. The place is usually kept clean which is expected of any subway. Employees usually may or may not have the occasional attitude you have to deal with. It’s nothing special. Just solid overall.

I know what you’re thinking… a review on subway? Aren’t they all the same? I have to comment on this one because I believe the customer service here is top notch, and the speed they move the line through is pretty impressive. This is my go-to place when I didn’t have time to pack a lunch for work because I can walk to it. An Indian family runs it and a couple of Mexican guys(who are incredibly nice and fast) work the counter with them. This area is super diverse, so there is lots of chatter in languages I can’t understand… it makes me feel like I’m not standing in a chain sandwhich shop that serves meat on bread… I feel like I’ve wandered off to the international district and should be getting a bunch of stuff I can’t pronounce. All that to say, Kudos to this subway!

I love this Subway also. As much as I try to stick to smaller business, I have a slight obsession with the sweet onion sauce(ANDCHEAPEATS), so there are periods of time when I will seriously eat it every day of the week for about a month. That said, I went back after a few months of not being there, and they remembered my sandwich, just how I like it. Aww. The«sandwich artists»(haha) also get a lot of shit from random bitchy people, I’ve seen A LOT of it, and I would just like to make it clear that I love and appreciate them very much. :)

Who would rate a Subway? Well, on a scale of Subways, this one is top notch. I always get great service from the Indian family that operates this one: they are cheerful and friendly. They even gave me a stack of coupons last time I was there. Nice folks, and a fine sandwich if you are into Subway.
