I posted before on this store but do not see it on here so I will again. LOVE this store but I also work in the building so that helps. Trey is the best at drink making but I don’t see him much any more. Seems like this one is the training store which is fine but they need to learn to actually fill the cups up. I always get a venti and it seems like there is only a grande in the cup. I could probably pour my venti in a grande and have it not overflow. the only other issue I have is with andy one of the newer workers. He has longer hair and is always playing with it. I think he/they should wear gloves or be sure the hair is in a ponytail or a net. Really don’t want greasy hair in my drink or food when I purchase.

A great location to stop into on the morning commute into the office! The staff is SUPER friendly and engaging with their customers. Only thing here that would make the experience a five star would be a third register and another set of espresso machines to get everyone through faster. During peak times, the staff does a great job getting everyone through, but the overall 15 minutes that you can spend waiting for your drink can get old. I know I can order online but the options I use aren’t available through the app :’(

This is one of my favorite Starbucks downtown, and hands down makes the best drinks and has the best service! Even when the lines are 30 people long, they somehow move so quickly you barely wait. The employees here are a well-oiled machine and are super friendly and kind. Another reason I love this location is they always make my guilty pleasure drink, a 5-shot venti white mocha with whip and mocha drizzle, better than any other store. The right amount of sweetness and the right amount of coffee bitterness. Heaven in a Starbucks. Will I be back? Just don’t check my Starbucks app or Unilocal check-ins to see how often. :)

Back to my old stomping grounds! This Starbucks is always busy… but the staff here is very expedient making the line move quickly. For here or to go? No, they don’t ask. But, if you choose to sit there, you can find a plentiful range of comfy chairs or tables. For some reason, I also like that this location is up the stairs, making it feel more private or a bit like a coffee oasis. Only minus is that with the busy crowds, they don’t have a chance to fill up the coffee station that often so they were out of half and half and didn’t even have non-fat milk out. We’re in Seattle. It’s a Starbucks.

Love their seattle spirit. Promoting 12 cents coffee for showing your 12th man fanism. Love this city.

The staff at this location sets it above the rest, its constantly busy but they make me feel like I’m extremely important(as they do with everyone else). I love the employees and this store! Tip if you are looking for the store — it’s on the second floor if you enter the lobby from 2nd Ave.

Starbucks. It is what it is. If you love it — go. If you don’t — don’t go. There are usually a lot of other establishments nearby. There must be ATLEAST5 independent coffee houses within 2 blocks of this Starbucks. I find this one(in the Russell Investments building) very warm, patio faces Benaroya Hall, back tables are a bit lower key, you can reserve the big table in the back for meetings(which gets you OUT of the office), and the staff — THEYAREWONDERFUL!

I came here before a concert a couple of times when there often can be a line at the stand. I“m not a big coffee drinker but gave into my hatred of Starbucks and did order something a couple times. Recently I got a smoothie drink and it was neat because now they have ones you can get with protein in them. However they happened to be out of something I think it was a banana or something. So I asked the girl if they can sub something instead and she said ok. They did tell me they were out of it but then the barista that made it was different and ended up not doing it and so even though I paid full price for the drink got only ¾ of it. Service was friendly and ok but not that big a fan of Starbucks.

Before performances at Benaroya, this place does a brisk business. You will have to finish your beverage before entering the concert hall though I have seen people sneak in their drinks. Usually it’s smaller cups or one of the bottled drinks sold there. For me, this place worked for my needs. I was in desperate need for something to eat after an extended morning of being social at PAX. I grabbed a fruit cup, a tarragon chicken salad sandwich and a trio of their mini doughnuts. The fruit was fresh and I had no complaints. The sandwich also hit the spot but it was saltier than I’d prefer. And the doughnuts were just okay. I doubt that I’d get them again.

This Starbucks inside Benaroya is my go to Bux during the work week. I walk by it daily, so it’s convenient for me. The staff are all very friendly and a couple of the girls even remember my name and order — and I’m not a daily customer, maybe only 2 or 3 times a week. The drinks are Starbucks standard, so you know exactly what you are getting when you place your order(Tall Skinny Vanilla Latte for me, please). Once a new girl gave me soy instead of non-fat milk. After one sip, I mentioned it and they made me the correct drink right away. Great service. Fast and friendly.

So this Starbucks is more of a large stand inside Benaroya Hall than a freestanding Starbucks. The reason why this Starbucks stands out to me is that I always stop in during the lunch rush, yet, every single time the people there are ridiculously nice. I mean it’s crazy how nice everyone who works there is. I’ve never ordered there without having some kind of pleasant conversation with the person taking orders, or making drinks. They always wish me a nice day — which can really make your day start off right, and they all have smiles and great attitudes. I’m knocking off one star because I wish they carried a slightly larger array of food. It’s a limited selection and usually only 1 or 2 things are left by the time I get there. As a bonus: these peeps are speedy! I usually have my drink in a couple minutes flat!

I know, I know. I am giving STARBUCKS5 stars. It’s not that the coffee is anything special. It is the same as every other Starbucks in the city. The staff, however, is not. They are incredible! Although this is the largest Starbucks in the nation, and they have waves and waves of new people every day, they always know my name AND my drink. I even mix it up and they still remember — even when I take a few weeks off. They are the best! 5 stars for the all the staff at the WaMu Center Starbucks!

I know not another Starbucks review. It’s a regular old Starbucks, actually as of right this second it’s the largest Starbucks in the nation or so I’ve been told. There’s plenty of room to sit, tables, couches, and arm chairs. With it’s location on the 2nd floor of the new WaMu Center it even has a little balcony area that you can sit outside and sip your drinks while watching the happenings going on down on Second Ave. I don’t drink coffee but I love their shaken green tea and they make a mean half sweetened shaken green tea for me. The draw back to this Starbucks is the line sometimes the line will be part way down the stairs and being someone who hates to wait it annoys me, but I’ve learned wait until after 9:30am to go get my tea and its smooth sailings. The staff is sometimes slow or maybe it goes back to the fact I hate waiting and they NEVER spell my name right but they always get my drink perfect what more could I ask for?
