I decided to try this cleaners as it was conviently located near my place. After a bit of difficultly understanding that I was a new customer as the last 4 digits of my phone number were similar to an existing customer’s, everything was squared away. At pick-​up the staff member working was much more friendly and most importantly, the clothes came back clean!

Great neighborhood cleaners. My only complaint is that they close at 6 weekdays — staying later even one day a week would be great for those of us who actually have to leave Ballard! That, and «don’t crease these chinos» might as well be Greek to them. Overall though, the quality is great and they are fast and friendly — and seem to go easy on the buttons!

I had one day to get my suit pressed for my step-brother’s wedding, and Sparkle took care of this seamlessly. After calling to make sure they could do the job in time, I took the suit by their shop. (Convenient for those living in Ballard.) Was greeted warmly, left the suit, came back the next day, and voila, ready for the wedding. Thanks Sparkle Cleaners! And no, the suit did NOT smell like cigarette smoke…

This place is around the corner from my house and I stopped going there. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff, they’re all so super friendly. But I noticed that my clothes came back smelling like cigarette smoke. While I have no proof, I suspect that the person who transports the clothes from this shop to the main one for dry cleaning smokes in the van/​car and it was getting on my clothes. Again, I have no proof, but I switched and now my clothes don’t smell like smoke any more.
