Donald has helped us buy two properties and sell one, and I could not have asked for a better broker. He has years of experience and knowledge in the business, and is able to use that to really help council on the right value and offer perspective when purchasing homes. He was always available to help on whatever our schedule required, meeting and speaking on weekends or late at night as needed, especially in the currently competitive market.
In full disclosure Donald has become a good friend due to his help and support in helping us buy a home. I’d recommend him and his team to anyone.

My husband and I used Donald as an agent to recently purchase our home in West Seattle.
They are located in Greenlake near Duke’s with their own parking (it is a bit tight but available behind their office space).
Donald was great to work with during such a stressful process. He would often meet with us after hours to show us houses or to help us get our papers finished on time.
I didn’t really interact with the office staff since I was usually there after hours so I can’t speak to that.
I’d recommend using Donald and his team if you want folks who have years of experience in the industry and will work with you to find what you want.
