Small Faces is a great community preschool. Big on outdoor time, learning through play, environments with natural materials — all things I care about! It’s a lovely place with a lot of heart.

My oldest child has attended Small Faces for nearly two years, and we cannot wait to send our youngest. The teachers, staff and program are all outstanding. The place really feels like a community, and our son loves school. We are so grateful to have found such a fantastic school in our neighborhood.
The director, Johnny Otto, is top notch. He is very involved in the early learning community in Seattle, and keeps us all informed on policy issues in Seattle affecting early learning. I cannot recommend it enough!

Small Faces is a wonderful, supportive school. It’s both an early education center and a before/​after school care program for elementary children.
The teachers are knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated. The staff is thoughtful and visible. The chef makes yummy and healthy food! I’m happy to have my child in the hands of these wonderful people!
