Talk about a sales pitch! what do they think they are Jenny Craig?! Waited hour and a half in lobby first and second time while paying my own parking fee. Only an hour the 3rd and 4th time as they recruited spa people to help with their work. Total BS. Man nurse acts like an authority, but again just more of a salesperson. Then you have to see the actually sales guy, that TOTALLY lays it on. You need additional pills, powder, food etc. Not to mention, they claim you see a doctor in the process. UM — on a web chat! no doctor involved and she didn’t even ask for sulfa allergies which is a big concern for some. Called about that and got no response for weeks. Then a call from salesperson as opposed to doctor. Asked for Dr. call instead and heard nothing back. Much better companies with B12 lipotropic shots that are cheaper groupon or not.

Be aware, my doctor advised against their program after I had paid for it. I have been promised a refund since the end of May. Anthony, the manager left me a message on June 28th(after numerous calls from me) advising that he would be crediting my card that day. No money yet. I have called and email several time since then and get no response. There is a lack or customer service and response. I would like to point out that the RN, Jason was and has been gracious. My complaint is against the manager, Anthony and his disregard for customers time and money.
