We’ve bought from them often in the past at both the West Seattle and Ballard Farmer’s Markets. Buy their Aged Ladysmith cheese. Try them all, but buy at least the Aged Ladysmith. This cheese is amazing, and is hands down becoming my favorite cheese. I’d even go so far as to say it outclasses Beecher’s Flagship, which for me is saying a lot, as I love me some Flagship. But this Ladysmith – damn. This is just plain great cheese. Buy a wheel, keep slicing off hunks. Eat the dried outer rind, and the creamy interior. Every slice is like getting a Neopolitan of something like Parmesan, with something like a Gouda or Cheddar consistency next, followed by something like a Brie in the middle. Fantastic!

First off the woman who helped me at the farmers market was nice and was willing to pretty much let me sample any of the cheeses I want. I told her gouda was one of my favorite and she had me sample the aged gouda(which was a little too sharp for me) and the mild gouda which was much creamier. I then noticed she had flavored goudas! So she let me try those as well. I ended up settling on the chili chive onion which was not only pretty too look at but I loved the kick from the chilis. Will definitely be buying all my cheeses from here from now on.
