Sam

This is the first Unilocal review I have ever written. I’m a UW medical student with little time but am writing this because I am so impressed by Sam’s service. I have a netbook computer which was damaged from steam entry, I believe. Running only at $ 300 brand new + free warranty, I didn’t consider repairing my computer for which my 2-​yr warranty had expired. Yet when I shopped for a new HP mini, all have Windows 7 Starter– a program I find disturbing. So I googled local PC experts and the best quote I got was $ 30 for mere diagnostics, until I found Sam who diagnoses for free. He is the friendliest person who is a computer genius and will treat you like a friend. He has changed the screen of my netbook (for which I know runs at least $ 90+ asking around at Best Buy, etc) and it works as if brand new with all of my retrieved files/​formatting for less than half of what I would’ve paid for a new netbook. The profit Sam got from me is what I would’ve paid just for a diagnosis elsewhere in the U district. I feel indebted to him as his phone calls and considerable information he provided me are clearly worth way more than the labor I’m paying for. I’m thus writing this review to attempt repaying Sam for his excellent service and recommend his independent business to all friends and family. I hope all the similarly broke/​stressed students who are visiting all the local IT/​computer repair shops would give Sam a try, I know he will beat any price and you have nothing to lose. You pay when he’s done all the work and when your product is to your liking. I give him 10 stars and will return for any IT problems.

Sam is the man… My dell has been giving me problems after problems… I had alot of viruses in my computer and It was as good as finished but Sam brought my computer back to life… He Is the best. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a quick fix in a very reasonable price… He is very friendly and responds to your calls immediately. He is the best
