Update to my previous review — I have since spoken with their business office and they refunded the money they had taken from my account. I am increasing their rating to 3 stars because they really do have good counselors.

Logistics: The Mukilteo satellite office of Dr. Durchman (child and teen psychiatry) does not accept payments and I was not receiving invoices. At one point when I got a reminder call I asked about it, got connected to someone in billing who said one would be sent; still did not receive one for another 6 weeks. Finally got it and the next day received a voicemail to call. Tried multiple times to 2 different extensions I was given, but no one ever answered the phone. Left voicemails and they were not returned. Finally sent a check with a note requesting a payment plan, and asked for confirmation by email or phone. Check was cashed but received neither a phone call nor an email to discuss options. There is no contact information on their website and no payment portal either, so you are at the mercy of their highly fickle desk jockeys that apparently do not talk to anyone outside their own department (or customers that want to give them money). Save yourself the headache and find a great doctor somewhere else.

This place is amazing with its close work with Foster Parents, Child Theraputic Strategies. I can say that everyone here genuinely cares about all things «caring for children», and changing their lives! They have a preventative approach beginning with our children first. Wether it be a Chemical Dependancy issue, Socially Awkward kids, or Behavioral health issues, they can help guide you as a parent.
