We used this company for a pipe and drape rental. They were late for both setup and tear down, we ever had to have our own team tear down the whole unit to get out of our venue in time. The customer service was completely unacceptable, I asked for a refund of at least the delivery fee, but i was told that I should not expect them to show up on time and then hung up on. I am in shock of how this company is run

We had a great experience with Rowan Event Services. Our chair rental for our wedding ceremony went extremely well. The chairs were delivered, set up and picked up by them on a Saturday evening for hundreds less than other companies in Seattle. We were a bit worried about the cost being low but they showed up on time and where wonderful durring set up and take down
