When it comes to real estate agents, Dave Ralston is the absolute best. He was the instructor for a first time home buyers class that we took as we were in the initial stages of thinking about buying our first home. We found Dave to be extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, responsive, and dedicated. Not to mention he has a great sense of humor and personality. When we compared our buying experience with other friends with different agents, we came to realize how incredible Dave is and what an unusual experience we had. From educating us on the home buying process to welcoming us into our first home, Dave hits a home run. I would recommend Dave to anyone looking to buy a home, and especially if they are looking to buy their first home.

Kira James was our superstar agent… referred to me by someone that actually went to HS with her, Kira had to handle not one, but two very OCD adults as we sold our house and purchased a new one. Patient beyond belief, she handled both transactions as if she were family. One of the things that really stood out about Kira is she communicated with both of us at all times; too many an agent «locks» on to one member of a household and ignores the other. We told her what we had to have, what we would really like to have, what we were flexible on, and most importantly, what we absolutely would not have. We’re seven months into our new place and all is just the way we expected it to be! Thanks again, Kira!
