I love Qdoba in general. But the service at this particular location is consistently awful. No greetings, no smiles… nada. Every item I ask to have put on my burrito seems an exasperating request to the person building it. It’s bizarre. Did Chipotle hire all the happy burrito builders?

I’ll keep this short and NOT sweet. I came here for lunch not too long ago and ordered a build-your own with 2 entrees. I ordered 2 tacos with cheesy nachos. Although plated with care by a nice server, the meat was COLD and«off»(perhaps spoiled) tasting, the lettuce was wilting. That alone subtracts 3 potential stars for health concerns. The freshest part were the tomatoes and cheese, which could be obtained at your local market without risk of food poisoning. The fact that few reviewers can agree on how to rate this eatery is disturbing! You’ve been warned.

I am utterly perplexed as to why this chain is even still operating. the food is abysmal and it’s owned by the McDonald’s corporation. need I say more?

I love qdoba. so much that I hate to give it only 3 stars for the hours not being correct on any of their store pages. really sucks.

great service, and open early! they have one of those variety soda machines, where you can pick flavored versions of your favorite drinks, like raspberry and vanilla coke! I had a taco salad. It’s great that you don’t have to pay for guacamole. When I went to chipotle last week, it was $ 24 for two people. At Qdoba, it was only $ 34 for four people! As at Qdoba member, I get free chips and queso. You simply have to make an account through your email!

Quac is free now, the chips are delish, and burritos mega huge as usual. Place has always been very clean each time I come in.

You know what. There was nothing I can say is wrong about this place. Story time! I’m a firm believer in deals, and as such I’ve signed up for countless birthday deals — including Qdoba! I will say this though, I don’t normally come here, and I’ll try not to base my review off that. I sauntered in this evening with my foodie best buddie. He has an intolerance/“allergy” to onions. In other words, he farts a lot and… Yeah. When onions are involved. So first thing: ask the lady what he can have without onions(usually not much at a Mexican place). She didn’t understand him at first, okay, so the manager(I assume since he was dressed more formally). I think his name was Jose. He was tall and very helpful! He quickly helped my friend and unfortunately he couldn’t eat any of the meats, but was able to suggest a quesadilla with some other toppings instead(like rice). I ordered a burrito — which was GINORMOUS btw. Like. I enjoy buffets, and this burrito was even too much for me in one sitting. Now. I signed up for the Qdoba rewards on my phone, so I showed Jose the coupon on my phone, he asked to see the mobile barcode for their rewards, which is something different than what I had pulled out. Easy enough, except I couldn’t find it! D: oh no! Jose to the rescue!(Again) He saw we had the coupon and was able to mark it down for my birthday anyways, even when I found the actual card barcode two minutes later. Haha! As I write this, eating my amazing ginormous burrito, and my friend not farting while eating his special quesadilla, we have enjoyed our visit. Thanks Jose!

This place is horrible. I’m not the biggest Qdoba fan but I’ll eat there if I’m feeling lazy and it is convenient, which means I’ve been to this location several times since it’s a few blocks from my house. The food is fine, what makes the experience so bad is the staff. Nobody that works here gives a crap about you, a fact that they will not try to hide. They will pretty much glare at you as they angrily slap a scoop of beans into your tortilla, and when you ask them to repeat themselves(usually 3+ times) because they are almost whispering their questions and the music is turned up full blast, expect nothing but disdain. Don’t worry if you can’t hear or understand them, because they can’t hear or understand you either. Don’t want cheese in your tortilla soup? Too damn bad, there is no way to communicate that to the person making your food and they’re gonna do what they want. There have been a few times where the person behind the counter went through the entire process of making my food and ringing me up without saying a word. Maybe that’s preferable than trying to actually have a conversation with them.

This location is gross. I’m a big qdoba fan, but this location was filthy. They also kept scraping the bottom of the bins to get ingredients for my burrito. They gave me a teaspoon of pick bc that was all that was left and then groaned when they had to get more. A big hunk of sour cream fell in the guacamole and they just stirred it in. I’m sure all the vegans appreciate that. Also they had some restaurant makeover show on TV showing mold and bugs in a restaurant. Not very appetizing! Won’t be back to this location.

Staff are super friendly, food is great for the price and they do in fact — build everything correctly. Its clean and tidy, the only thing I can knock it for is the garbage/recycling/compost section is confusing as to what you put where… But that might be my fault. If you want good clean reasonably priced fast Mexican food that isn’t Taco Bell this is the place.

This is one of those places you go to because you are craving the food, not necessarily because you love the location. Anything with«Oak Tree» in the title around here is usually somewhat sketchy, and this place almost always has cop cars circulating in the parking lot in search of drug deals going down, or in search of prostitutes«going down», if you know what I mean… In all fairness, though, I’ve never actually SEEN a crime being committed here. It’s just that being right off of Aurora Ave, you know it’s there… Anyhow, I digress. This location has the same menu that every other Qdoba has. Good choices for me have always been a grilled chicken burrito, or regular ol’ crunchy tacos. The worker will build it per your instruction as you walk down the line. If you look at their website, you can actually make these pretty healthy with a reasonable amount of calories, as long as you are willing to forget the extra cheese and huge heap of guac they pile on there if you opt to pay the buck fiddy. Thumbs up for now offering brown rice! The Oak Tree location has friendly staff and the restaurant is always clean or being cleaned. No complaints there. Finally — and this is very important — and all y’all who saw the viral article go around on Facebook will understand: They build the burrito correctly!!! They don’t put a glob of sour cream at one end and all of the meat at the other. They actually place the ingredients in a linear style on the tortilla, therefore letting you taste more than one component of the burrito at a time. A simple feat, one would think… Exceedingly hard to find in a burrito joint. So yeah, 3 stars… It’s good. You leave full. My chicken burrito the other day was $ 6.89 after tax. Can’t beat that. It is, however, fast food for the most part, so I can’t give it 4 or 5 stars — but in comparison to it’s competition, it’s at the top of the nacho pile.
