Puget Sound Strings

I worked as a DJ for an event at the Sheraton Downtown. Gorgeous venue and a perfect spot to have the Puget Sound Strings perform. They played upbeat Christmas tunes with a bit of classic Jazz. Many of the guests commented to me how much they loved them. Well done guys.

We knew we wanted to have a live performance for our wedding and the group from Puget Sound Strings was terrific on every count.
Working with Mitchell before the wedding, he was happy to help arrange several pieces that were particularly special for my bride and I, and he was very quick to respond to questions.
On the big day, all of the musicians in the quartet were very friendly and on such a busy day were able to get situated and ready to play without a whole lot of direction since I was running around to get all the last little details ready.
Throughout the whole evening people mentioned how great it was to have live music for the ceremony. The selection of wedding ‘classics,’ plus a lot of music from movie soundtracks and other contemporary music made it for a fun and personalized event that was unique to us and the music that we like to listen to at home or at a concert. To pick our playlist we just looked through the rather extensive list on the website and found the perfect mix of music that we both loved.
I was pretty stressed that day so I didn’t just sit and listen to them play much, but everyone commented on how wonderfully they sounded, and I can say that it was very special to me to have my bride walk down the aisle to live music, not just a recording. Definitely something I’ll never forget.
Kudos to everyone involved with Puget Sound Strings! If you’re looking to add live chamber music to your wedding, or another event, I’d highly recommend them.

So glad we found Puget Sound Strings and had them play at our church ceremony and wedding reception.
The quartet really added a nice and elegant touch to the event. We had them play classical songs for the ceremony and more modern songs like the Game of Thrones theme song for our reception to cheers from the guests. They had a great selection of songs to choose from and allowed requests to compose a couple of songs not on their list. Our first dance song was played flawlessly and was really a magical and memorable moment.

My husband and I hired a string trio for our wedding ceremony. And they did an awesome job! They were very professional, and sounded lovely. I really liked that they have a large repertoire list, with lots of pieces to choose from, and they’ll even let you request one not on their list with advance notice. They are reasonably priced and do a great job! Highly recommend!
