Great local spot with great food and drinks! Yummy burgers. Love their spicy bloody mary. Pool and darts too!

If there was a way to give less than 1 star I would. Rude bartender and poor service. Made the wrong drink twice then got mad at me because it wasn’t what I ordered. Very dirty inside especially the bathrooms. Just wanted to grab a quick drink or two and head out but after this I will never go back. Wouldn’t recommend stopping here.

Great little dive bar in north Seattle! Fantastic beers and ciders on tap. The owner behind the bar is super friendly and has been great chatting with tonight. Good place to come to play pool and hang out on the north end.

Best Pub! I can play pool and get a great burger?! I’m in. Also, Ben the owner is the nicest guy!

The food is very good. The burgers are gourmet – piled high with fresh ingredients and bookended with a quality bun! I’ll be back for more. Always a great beer selection!

Perfect neighborhood bar. Great food, friendly enough people, amazing rotating beer selection, fun wonky pool tables, digital juke box, many tvs for all the sports, etc. Monday’s: ½ burgers NOM! Honestly my fave burger/fries around.(Great taste and it’s consistent!) if you haven’t been recently, it’s such an improved place from the previous owners(2 – 3 years ago??)

Relaxed neighborhood bar. Decent selection of beer and drinks. Couple pool tables. Seems to have a good group of regulars. Didn’t try the food. The charge showed up on my credit card statement as «TWOPIGSIN A BLANKETSEATTLEWA98133USA» which confused me for a bit and I almost filed a dispute since I couldn’t figure out what it was. Hopefully this review will help others who have the same problem.

Ah, Piper’s Creek. We started going to this place because they have a Monday night deal on burgers. It’s sort of a dive-y neighborhood bar that still smells like cigarettes. But dive though it may be, the burgers and the beer are what matters! Burgers: delicious and messy and delicious. Fries are excellent too. Beer: extensive and tasty selection. It’s a bit surprising, really, about the beer. They also have some pool tables and plenty of seating.

I love this neighborhood pub. The food and drinks are delicious. I look forward to coming in just to see Ben, Brad, and Tommy. They are always good for a smile and a laugh. They recently added several large TV’s as well which makes Pipers an awesome place to watch the games. The only problem with Pipers is that it is easy to stay for hours when you meant to just stop by for one…

The food is great. Ben and Tommy serve up a Reuben that’s more of a blessing than a sandwich. The beer selection is borderline mind boggling. Thankfully they can guide you through this raging, foamy sea of selections to something you’re sure to like. The crowd gets four stars. The people are great, it’s just that I hang out there, too(378 feet from my house, within what we pros like to call«stumbling radius»). Therefore they’re taking a –1 hit on charisma points for my presence.

Killer beer here, one of the stops I was taken too on a bar crawl. Can’t remember much because this my fourth or fifth stop that night but I made a note in Unilocal that simply said, «kiler beer, rat e».

Love the food here and the friendly local vibes. A great neighborhood watering hole for those looking to chum it up with a good bar tender, watch a game or play some pool with your friends.

This place recently went through new ownership and management. It is by my standards a DIVEBAR, but a top quality DIVEBAR. They have food, mixed drinks, pool tables, TV’s, nice patrons and great bartenders. I find myself going there more regularly.

This bar is right next to my house, so I’ve been there a handful of times. The first time I went was to catch a preseason Seahawks game. This is… Not really a sports bar so I looked like an idiot in my jersey, but the bartender Ben was friendly anyway and we chatted a bit. A few months later I went there on a date. My date took our IDs to the bar to order and Ben goes«oh, you’re with Emilie no worries!» He remembered me! They have like 14 local beers on tap which I love! 3 pool tables, darts, and bean bag toss or whatever you call it. It’s a dive, but I love Pipers. The food is great, too. I like the wings and hey half Half price burgers on Monday nights. Whoop whoop!!! Can’t beat friendly, yummy, and fun within a block of my house.

This is a place so easy to like, on all levels. Unpretentious, affable, chill(in a warm way), one of the best beer selections in town(the owner/maestro Ben has been in the industry for years — and it shows). I could yada, yada on all night about the charm, but you know what charms me the most: The food! «The Pub» has been my go to place for meaty, beefly intense, hand formed goodness for years, but dammit, they’ve taken it to a new level. The burgers are bigger(or at least they seem so), juicier and just more whammo wonderful than ever before. Ditto the(hand cut, of course) fries. And, yes, they still have the(embarrassingly bargain-ish) half price burger night every Monday, but the kicker for me is Sandwich Tuesdays featuring, the«Sandwich Of the Week», launching(for me) with the best Cuban Sandwich this side of Tampa(hell, better than any Cuban Sandwich I *ever* found in Tampa). Chef Tommy is a wizard, and it shows, not only in the day to day fare, but shines so splendidly in the specials(I just wish they’d put that Cubano on the regular menu). And yes, service could be a bit challenging and churlish in the past. But that is indeed past, and under the new management, both the experience and food will keep me — and my friends — coming back for more!

Another awesome, unpretentious place to get a pint or two… or a lot. A little bit divey but really good taps. You always find something that you don’t really see anywhere else. Their food is also pretty good as well. If you’re into games they have cornhole, pool, and darts. I think I also saw some board games. They also have a velvet pig. A VELVETPIG! How can it get any better than a velvet pig??? Zipzap Zubidy Bop!

My girlfriend and I chose this spot yesterday for a celebratory drink because she had just been cleared of cancer. Imagine our relief. We were met with the RUDEST service from the bartender I’ve ever had in Seattle. I worked in restaurants for twenty years & forgive a lot but her attitude was beyond unwarranted. The friendly line cook & the delicious burgers he prepared, sadly, cannot redeem the poor service we had. We took our celebration elsewhere. She needs to be encouraged to find work in another field because hospitality is not in her vocabulary.

First time getting a few drinks here. Bartender was pleasant and prices were decent. They have a bunch of board games and other knick knacks to keep you occupied mentally while drinking your brain cells away. Four of us played Monopoly Seattle Edition. Next time when the pool tables aren’t busy I’d like to get a few games on those.

I’m no longer going to go to Pub at Piper’s Creek. The last three times I went there, all different times of the day within the last three months with different amounts of customers, I’ve been treated like shit by their employees. There are too many good alternatives for tap listings in our neighborhood now, so I refuse to give my business to a place that isn’t nice to their neighbors. I live down the street and have been going here for years. Not anymore. This most recent time, I brought in my bike after riding home from an outing, leaned it in the entryway, and the big guy behind the counter said, «You can’t leave your bike there. It’s an entryway.» I was like, okay, and then I asked if I could move it in further and lean it in an open area out of the walkway. He said no. I asked why not. He said, «Well, first, because I told you to. And second, we don’t have insurance to have bikes in here.» Ok. So I said, «Sorry, man. I just want to give you some business.» As he paced back and forth in front of me in an intimidating way, I turned around to put my bike outside and he says, «Nice button collection,» in a condescending way about my backpack. So I just left. Fuck you, dick. I’ll get a beer somewhere else. Now, I have no problem with not being able to leave my bike in the place. I mean, it was DEAD in there, it’s not like it would have been in the way, but whatever. I get it. There are rules. But you don’t have to be a power-tripping douche when you ask me to take my bike outside. Or for asking a question about your taplist, which isn’t posted anywhere. Or for suggesting, god forbid, we watch the big Sounders game on one of the TVs. Just be nice. I’m done with this place. You lost a customer, and probably a bunch of my friends as well.

A-okay place to go to hang out and have a beer. It’s not really my scene but was fun for an evening. The place seemed pretty popular with a very mixed crowd of old, young, and everyone in between. There’s a jukebox and pool tables and darts. There isn’t anyone to take your order at all. You have to go up to the bar to order food, too. I had the burger and fries and thought the food was okay. Nothing unique, but not too bad. Looks like a lot of locals like this spot.
