The team at Post Options has been an incredible help to my small business. They have helped me find supplies, ship packages, and always provided kind, efficient support even when they are busy. I have used their printer, computer, supplies, and shipping expertise and have found all to be exactly what I needed. I would recommend this to anyone doing a Kickstarter fulfillment, major printing project that requires shipping posters, or anyone who just needs a candybar on a cold day.

They have great shipping rates, but every time I ship something internationally, it arrives at least two weeks late. Once I mailed a a package, not even a pound in weight, and it took over a month past the date it was supposed to arrive.

Love this place! I’m there to ship out for my business at least once a week. So much easier than going to the post office. The couple that runs the place is great. No chitchat! I love going in and getting what I need and leaving. Unlike Starbucks where they want to know your life story when you order a cup of coffee.

I didn’t mail anything out from here, instead I perused their collection of trinkets and gadgets and bags and jewelry. An ecclectic mix of things to find in a fed ex store, but we are on Capitol Hill… There were so many fun things in this shop. I’d been wanting to stop in and look for a while. Glad I did.

Post Options is a Fedex Authorized ShipCenter. I chose the «hold at Fedex location» delivery option for my package and Post Options was the nearest and most convenient location. This is a FREE service by Fedex. When I went to pick up my package however, they wanted to charge me for it. I refused.

This place is awesome. I liked it before and they just changed owners this year and the new owners are even better. I’ve been using them as my mailing address for 7 years and never once had an issue. They send packages, forward mail, etc.
Also their «luggage store» (which I actually liked) has changed as well. I think they lease the space out now and most have other gifty stuff.
They are so much more friendly than a FedEx store and have more options.
They rock.

Friendly help, but I get mail meant for other people a few times a year and once I think someone got my package in stead of me. (Never did get my dress :/​) However it’s a mailbox place that will hold your packages and mail for extended periods and not bitch at you!

So they charge $ 3 for any print job whether it’s a single page or 30. I would advise everyone to go to Fedex Kinkos on the other end of broadway. So not worth it.

I’ve been using Post Options as my primary mailing address for about 2 years now. I used to live across the street, so it was the most convenient place to have packages delivered. I moved about a half mile away and decided to keep using them because the service is so consistently worth the money. I get 2 – 3 packages a week, so they see a lot of me, and whoever is at the desk will run back and grab my packages when they see me come in. I’ve also used them for faxing and shipping, and have had no bad experiences. The family who run the store are friendly and polite and will even nod a hello when I run into them around the neighborhood. I also appreciate the fact that they’re a small, family-​run business, not a franchise or chain store, so I feel like my money is staying in the community.

I have used Post Options as my mail office for my personal and business, and I have always been more than satisfied. They are always friendly, and professional, and they don’t mind my constant calls to see if I have a package in. They also have excellent pricing options for business accounts. I would recommend them to anyone. Its also an easy place to sneak some quick unpaid parking, grab a package and getaway with no ticket:)

Avoid this place like the plague upon Capitol Hill that it is. This guy screams at his patrons, commits fraud, and holds packages hostage. And he smells bad. And his luggage is ugly.
