Positive Touch Medicine has extremely high quality of care. I see Dr. Porter most often but I’ve also seen the other doctors and practitioners and have been very impressed. Dr. Porter doesn’t simply treat ailments with medication, she analyzes the entire picture to my health. She has excellent knowledge and application related to allergies, but also in the last five years she’s been my primary care physician, she has treated my every health need… from colds and flus to injury/​pain to nutrition/​cholesterol/​inflammation/​everything else under the sun. She’s wonderful, caring, and explains the science and mechanism behind her medical decisions with grace and ease.

Dr. Porter is an excellent Practitioner who I am grateful to have found here in Seattle. I came to her struggling and beyond frustrated after suffering from eczema for over a year with no cause, no relief or cure. After seeing multiple western doctors and specialists and trying many different medications with no relief I was willing to try anything. Recommended by a good friend who was also struggling with health issues, Dr. Porter reassured me that she could help. I could almost not believe that 3 days after our visit, by changing only a few simple things, my skin started to improve. After seeing her for 3 months, I was nearly 100% better. I have continued to work with her to improve my all around health by changing my diet, the products I use, and working with her doing Bowen therapy– which has resulted in better sleep, a more regulated cycle, feeling better and being more confident in my health. I could not recommend Dr. Porter more to my friends and clients of my business (a Pilates studio). Her professionalism, compassion and skill set are beyond impressive. I am also continually impressed by the very kind and professional desk staff who are detail oriented, kind and extremely knowledgable. The office is in an extremely convenient location with ample parking. What more could you ask for?

Unfortunately this place didn’t work out for me. I had blood drawn for a multitude of tests. When the results came back they told me that I didn’t have high cholesterol when the results clearly showed that I did. I tried to talk to them about the results and got no response. Also, half the tests that were suppose to be done were not ordered/​requested with no explanation as to why. Extremely disappointed.
