Pizza Hut

Ordered pizza almost two hours ago for delivery to find out they cancelled my order. I was told they tried to deliver it however I have been in my living room waiting the whole time. No apology no nothing from the manager. Never again will I order or purchase anything from this location.

Pretty good but I’ve only ordered there once and I got the salted pretzel pizza and they out way too much salt on the crust other than that they are still like any average pizza hut

Have gone in twice for carry out. Always quick and order has been done at the time promised (ordered online) and both times I’ve gone in greeted by different employees and both times they have been friendly and provided genuine customer service. First time I bought drinks as well and female employee offered to come around and open the door for me. Obviously it’s not gourmet pizza but Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza place bc when I ask for extra sauce they put EXTRA SAUCE! Always my go to for pizza. I’m not a fan of fancy shmancy pizza anyway.

Always friendly service over the phone and in person when picking up. I order here at least once a week during 2013 and never had anything but great service

I grew up eating Pizza Hut and having a large location where you could dine-​in and even have a lunch buffet during the week. I guess I’ve been spoiled to assume that ALL Pizza Hut locations are like this.
Being pregnant, I often have cravings and most of them are related to bread so no big shocker when I can’t stop thinking about breadsticks.
I used to love being able to go to a Taco Bell/​Pizza Hut and being able to get breadsticks on the go in a few short minutes. Now, you have to go back to the mother ship.
I didn’t call in my order as I thought I would dine in, perhaps enjoy a quiet catch up on my Kindle and get an ‘actual’ break away from my desk.
I arrived and it didn’t look open (which was also an odd note as there was no sign on their doors stating their hours.). I saw people inside behind the counter so I knew it was open and I walked in and to my surprise. it was literally a lobby.
Immediately I knew it was carryout only and thought «This sucks.» Now it’s totally understandable why some locations are this small carryout only. They don’t get enough people wanting to ‘sit’ and it cuts overhead costs. I get it.
They took my order and went to make it quoting me 10 minutes. While I sat and waited, I took a look around and noticed they had one video game/​arcade machine. which was broken with a hand written sign over it and a small row of candy dispensers.
The food itself was good although I did not order pizza as all I was there for was the breadsticks. Staff was friendly but really disappointing to not be a dine-​in location.

This pizza has too much sugar in the sauce for a diabetic. And it doesnt taste good enough for even one piece… So much better pizza in the area that doesnt raise my blood sugar sky high…:0(
