Worst place ever. I ordered pizza delivery at 11:55, but the place wrote down the time at 11:55pm, resulting in my whole team starving. Who in the world would order pizza at 11:55pm? Worst place, worst people, and don’t order any thing from this place because they will for sure screw or up.

I’ll admit it — I really like Pizza Hut. It’s the stuffed crust. The pizza from this location is inconsistent. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s «meh.» But whatever. It’s salty and fixes a craving from time to time. I usually order online for delivery. The delivery drivers are awesome, they’ve all been really nice. It’s the manager that rubs me the wrong way. I’ve had to call twice — once about a coupon not working and once about my card getting charged THREE times for one order. The manager’s name is Eric. He’s never really pleasant. Kind of a sappy«whatever» attitude/vibe. Like, c’mon, man. I’m super nice to you on the phone, I wasn’t MAD that my card was charged three times — I understand that weird things happen sometimes. I just wanted to know if this would be fixed or if I needed to call my bank. I also work a cust. service job and believe that customers that are easy going when things go wrong deserve mad respect, because we all know what it’s like to deal with the crazy bitch that thinks you owe him/her the world. I just wish he treated me a little nicer and didn’t make me feel like my phone call was the biggest burden on his life.

Everything on the other reviews are so true, we came here and got take out from this establishment and we came home, the pizza was raw, the topping were wrong and even the sauce wasn’t right. We called and got a free pizza… Fair enough right? Wrong we called for another shot and the woman on the phone, like another reviewer stated didn’t understand us and handed us off to the manager who stayed lo and behold they didn’t have our name or number, but we bitched enough for them to honor our free pizza… I know it’s not the best pizza nor is it pretending to be but can we at least get pizza that’s not raw and cooked the way we requested… Needless to say, never again

Never going back here again, we didn’t even collect our order. We ordered takeout and were waiting in the car parked right in front of the door, when we saw one of the employees inside who was handling the food constantly spitting into(what we hope was, because we couldn’t see for sure) a trashcan. As if that wasn’t bad enough from a hygiene perspective, we then saw him with drool dripping down his chin as he was slicing and packing up pizzas. We were so disgusted we just drove off.

Hurt my foot so was confined to my downtown hotel room one night and made the mistake of «revisiting» Pizza Hut after a 30 year+ absence. Not a good idea, though the delivery was prompt. Having had so much good pizza since, I was reminded how mediocre PH can be. It’ll do in a pinch, but pinch me when I’m awake.

Just ordered a large supreme/combination pan pizza and it came undercooked, lukewarm, with a pale crust. The«bread» was more of a thicker gel consistency as it was clearly still raw. We called to complain(number on this Unilocal page) and they dispatched us to two different people who finally connected us to the right location. We asked for a refund but they said they couldn’t do that unless we came in the store with pizza in hand. We’ve ordered at Pizza Hut many times(not this location ever) and this is the first time we had a Pizza Hut pizza come undercooked, slightly warm and with such few toppings. Sadly, would not recommend ordering from here.

So I generally try to avoid chain places as much as possible however I came a couple of days ago to pick up pizza after getting off work. I don’t think I have much to say about the pizza because I feel like her pizza is standard across all chains. The only thing I thought was great was the service to the customer. I walked in because of a sign outside of Pizza Hut with a good deal. I thought that I would go in and check out since the hubby secretly wanted to have pizza but he was to shy to tell me. The sweet girl at the cash register tried to take my order for the deal however the deal had already expired. A gentleman whom I believe to be that manager stepped in and said that he would honor the price since the sign was still present. Event though it is your typical Pizza Hut, I did appreciate the hospitality that the two employees provided. I left with two delicious medium pizzas and arrived at home with a happy husband.

Will never order from them again. Ordered a pizza online and it said the delivery time would be in 4 and a half hours. That didn’t sound right so we called to see if something was off with the website. The number they give you online goes to some call center that has absolutely no information beyond what you see on your own computer. Then the call center patched us to the store and I sat and listened to hold music for 20 minutes. The store never picked up and the girl at the call center never came back on the line. Complete waste of time. Called back the call center and cancelled my order.

I love, love, love pizza, but I typically order Domino’s — since I now live in an area outside of Domino’s delivery range, I’ve resorted to Pizza Hut. The wait times, whether delivery or at this store location, are very slow. I’ve never had an order delivered in less than a full hour. I do not recall how long it took at the store, but it was definitely lengthy. The staff has always been alright — relatively friendly, but nothing to write home about. My delivery man this evening complied with the instructions well and was friendly, but again, nothing extraordinary. The pizza itself is almost always near top-notch. Delivered hot and laden with toppings. No complaints here. The wings are always sloppily done. When I have had them at other locations, they have been much better in terms of batter and amount of sauce, but it’s not to the point that I would stop ordering them. They’re still tender and have a good flavor(plus a great variety of sauces and flavors). Because I live and work near here, I will continue coming to this location out of convenience, but not really out of preference. It satisfies my pizza cravings, just at a price as it is relatively expensive and slow(so a lot of planning is needed ahead of time). This Pizza Hut is definitely in line with Unilocal’s 3-star rating: it’s A-OK.

At 11:30AM I ordered 4 pizzas, plus bread sticks, dessert and drinks for a one hour meeting at 1PM. The pizza came at 2:15PM. Meeting over. Even though the pizza hut manager said he would charge my card without me being there, they made them pay cash. They paid, since they felt they were required to, even though people had left because the meeting was over. The manager inferred there would be a discount., so it is very convenient(for pizza hut) that this decision was changed. I called customer service, and they said a district manager would call me. Nope, no phone calls received. Guess customer service is not a priority. I spent over an hour on the phone, with customer service disconnecting me, sending me back to the store I was complaining about, and never giving me any compensation for this worthless transaction Too bad, I have been ordering pizza hut every week for 20 years(our Friday night fun indulgence) and I will not ever use them again.

I must commend Jake, the manager for his excellent customer service! I work in retail with customers as well and understand the importance of customer service. Jake’s handling of the situation was excellent and I will definitely be continuing my business with this location. Too often people go on Unilocal to complain about a service because they feel wronged in one way or another instead of recognizing the excellent service they received. I could hear the sincerity in his voice. In turn I will return to his store in the future. This store and especially Jake provided excellent customer service!

Let me start by saying, I am a fan of chain pizza. I really like it sometimes. It isn’t my favorite pizza ever, but sometimes it’s nice to just have something I’m used to that I’ve been eating since I was a kid. That said, tonight is the second time I’ve placed an order with this pizza hut and gotten a luke-warm pizza that was cooked long before it got to me. Pizza, like anything hot, is not the same once it’s been sitting around for a while. So until this location learns to manage their time and drivers to get the pizza out while it’s fresh, I’m over it. Order from Domino’s. They’ve consistently delivered on quality even if pizza hut’s flavor occasionally beats them.

Long delivery times on a game day, I completely understand. 1 hr 30 min + wait for a COLD pizza on a Tuesday night, no event traffic, only being 15 blocks from the store? Weak sauce. When I called to let the store manager know he came back at me with«Well, we got a rush soooooo…» I inquired, «So, that is a good enough reason for customers to get a cold pizza delivered?» He responded, «Well, we try not to, we can deliver you another pizza in 40 minutes…» Avoid this place like the plague. In Queen Anne you can probably walk to a pizza joint and bring home a hot pizza in a quarter of the time it takes these«professionals» to deliver you one. Yikes!
