The phở here is spectacular! Colossal-sized portions will keep you full up(i.e. even the small is more than adequate). Definitely come here for that. They also have an extensive list of rice and vermicelli dishes that don’t disappoint. I recommend their grilled pork skewers. It packs a flavor punch that will leave you wanting more. Their chicken teriyaki and their bánh mì are good. The BBQ bánh mì is my favorite! If you want a spot, come before lunch or you’ll have to wait. It gets busy! I recommend take-away, especially for larger orders. Also, I wanted to add that they’d never serve anything that they, themselves, would not eat(e.g. limes that have fallen on the floor, less than fresh ingredients). Oh! If you like boba… they have some great milk tea here. I like the black milk tea with tapioca or the taro and coconut in smoothie form with tapioca!

This was the first time i have been to this establishment. I was excited to learn they had chicken teriyaki on their menu. I went in on a Monday @ 1pm. They were extremely busy so i ordered my food to go. It took about a 20 min wait. During this time I watched their waitress package a to go order, drop a lime on the floor, pick it up and put it into the bag with all the sprouts, sealed it up and gave it to her client. Hmmm sanitary? i think not, in addition she didn’t even use gloves! YUCK! Now my food arrives in the to go container and i kid you not, the chicken was spread out into the the two little pockets, and it barely filled one once transferred over. This was the worst portions i have ever received. I even asked their waiter if this was normal and he just smiled. I was already late from my lunch so i decided just to leave and eat the nice helping of rice/salad with the 5 lil pieces of chicken!

I am a regular here. Usually order #16 on the phở menu(the fixins basically — all kinds of beef cuts including tendon and tripe). The phở is always consistent. Good broth, great serving of basil, beans sprouts and jalapeño. A juicy piece of lime. Can’t complain. The fresh spring rolls are also delish. The peanut sauce always consistent. I’ve also had the vermicelli noodles here with bbq pork skewers and it was amazing. The banh mi here is also really good and has a spicy kick. Also super cheap and huge. Just over $ 5 with tax. The hot tea here though is just a teabag served in a plastic cup but love that their water has hints of lemon. Definitely sticking to water. They also pack to-go orders very nicely. Love this place.

I came here for a quick bite to eat on my lunch break and it was just that, thanks to their quick service. I found their service exceptional. Greeted as soon as I came in, food came out in less than 10 minutes. Noted that there was only one other person eating there. 4 stars only cause the ambience was off on account of the staff’s loud conversation at another table. Food was very good as well, probably should’ve started with that haha.

Phở Fuchsia is a great neighborhood Phở spot… right around the corner, so you can’t beat the location for me… the ambiance is nothing special, but they have plenty of seating… we happened to be the only ones to walk in on this particular night and were greeted fairly promptly… food came out pretty quick and was really good… the veggies were definitely fresh and there were good sized chunks of tofu in our veggie Phở… My two knocks on this place and what probably stopped it from being a four star was that when asking for a box it was not offered to us to box up our food(phở can be very hard to box at the table) and that we had to go to the counter to get the check and pay… Other than that, a solid reasonably priced spot.

This is a super busy, hustle & bustle eatery, where the staff nevertheless works quite hard to make sure everyone is seated & served quickly. It’s loud but clean(especially the bathrooms) and the food is quite good. All the veggies & add-on’s taste fresh, and you really get quite a good value here. I would not say the Phở broth is the most flavorful I have had, but for a quick, inexpensive, warm lunch, you won’t go wrong here.

BUSY lunch spot but they’re quick and mostly efficient. Vegetable egg rolls were great as was the vegetarian phở. LOTS of options here and a huge seating area so the wait time shouldn’t be too long. And of course… very inexpensive.

Phở Fuchsia has consistent quality with fresh ingredients. I love their combo vermicelli and get it consistently for lunch. Call your order ahead for takeout during typical lunch hours to avoid the wait(if you don’t want to sit for lunch). Their banh mi sandwiches are really affordable and tasty, as well!

Going down hill fast! Used to love this place, unfortunately the food quality has really taken a nosedive. How much salt can you use in on bowl of phở anyway? The wait was ridiculous and I couldn’t eat the phở. So, I am sitting here waiting for a chicken vermicelli. Finally gets here. It’s average. Btw, we’ve been here an hour and asked for water 3 times. We are just finishing up and still, nothing to drink. Definitely not coming back.

Soups are good, rice bowls are nothing special. Smoothies with tapioca is not made from real fruits, that’s a minus. You can taste some powder or whatever they add

This is a great place to go prior to a sporting event. They have cheap beer and some good sandwiches that cost under $ 5. Can’t complain!

The restaurant is super busy at lunch, but they move fast. The phở is cheap and tasty. A small phở is plenty for a lunch portion. We waited about 6 minutes for a table and that was with a line out the door. I definitely recommend this place.

I thought the phở was pretty mediocre but it was a good price and came out fairly quickly. I probably wouldn’t go back for phở since there are plenty of other Vietnamese restaurants just a few blocks away in the International District. I would come back to try some of the other dishes and lunch combos.

Went here for lunch with a friend today and it was excellent. The quality of the Combo Vermicelli was excellent and can’t be beat for the price. My friend said her brisket phở was excellent too. In fact, I think I might like their combo vermicelli better than my old favorite Green Leaf which is close by in the International District. Phở Fuchsia is a lot more convenient being located in Pioneer Square. The other thing I was impressed with was the prompt service and extraordinarily clean bathrooms. It’s the cleanest bathroom I’ve seen at an Asian restaurant for a lot of years. I will definitely eat here again.

Descriptive phrase: tasty and cheap Vietnamese. Phở Fuchsia, near Pioneer Square, is an unassuming little place, but it was pretty full when we came for a late lunch on a Monday. Quick service, great portions. The small Phở Bo Vien($ 6.85) was large enough for any sane human. My Banh Mi Ga Teiyaki($ 4.35) was excellent; chicken and veggies in a sweet sauce on perfect bread. A steal for the quality. I’d definitely recommend Phở Fuchsia for cheap and quick Vietnamese eats.

Phở Fuchsia is a good lunch stop. They are quick to get you seated and fairly quick to get you served. I found it a little odd that once I was seated others were getting their orders taken before me(when they were seated after me) so there was a bit of a lag but I understand it can perhaps get a bit chaotic when the lunch rush comes in. My order of a #10 rare beef Phở was standard. $ 7.75 I believe it was for a large bowl. It will satisfy your Phở craving but I felt it was lacking a bit. The broth was not very flavorful even after I added all the goodies and sauces. There was also not a ton of meat in mine. For under $ 10 you can get yourself a decent meal though. Several menu items to choose from and everything is served hot and fresh.

This place is really good! Real Vietnamese food and great service. One extra note — we come here before Seahawks games for lunch and $ 2 beers! Yes, I repeat: $ 2.

I keep wanted to call this place phở fusion but it’s fuchsia, which is kind of a random name. Anyways, I am here for lunch one time with a friend and we both had phở. It was a decent size and had lots of sprouts, which I love. However, the soup itself was a bit bland, which is okay especially since they had sauces on the table for you to add to it. It gets pretty busy here during lunch on the weekdays because of all the offices around. Even with this though, at noon, we didn’t have trouble getting seated. The food also came fairly fast. Aside from this though, the service is only okay. You might have to wait a bit to get a waiter or waitress to help you out with something.
