Fast and friendly service and good prices for new parts! Showed up, got my part, paid, and the part has been working ever since. What else is there to say?

The manager is very knowledgeable and polite! I ordered a radiator and headlights for my honda. The antifreeze is the best price around too! I will definitely tell all my friends.

We had our radiator replaced by our mechanic at the time, who purchased the radiator from Performance Radiator. Only 1 ½ years later, that radiator is needing to be replaced due to a worn out plastic liner — and of course, the mechanic’s warranty period is one year. I called the manufacturer to see what kind of warranty they offered on the product: 3 years. However, they would not honor the warranty on the part because it was the mechanic who purchased it, not me directly. They said the part became the mechanic’s part after he purchased it. Seems like a slick way to not stand behind your product. I have had much better experience with NAPA parts — no matter who purchased their part, they stand behind it with their warranty. Even places like Autozone offer a lifetime limited warranty on many of their radiators, so they may be a better bet than Performance’s 3 year warranty.
