Wow, this place is so ghetto, They have the worst customer service ever. I recently went into this place because my fiancé needed a loan. When I am short of money I use another pawn shop & I also purchase things there. This was my 1^st time here, One lady was upset saying they changed the stones on her ring & another guy was also mad about something. So anyways when you walk in this store its not organized, the people don’t even say hi or act like they want your business. When my finace went to pick up his stuff, it was the same thing. I told the lady I would never bring my stuff here. When we got home the power cord was missing… go figure. I will stick with the place I go to, they actually act like they want your business & say hi when you enter there location. I would «‘Never»” bring anything here. All I can say is I am big on customer service and this place is lowest of the low.

Stay far away from this business. They will make you feel worthless and have no customer appreciation at all. I have had 2 items that they stole from me. With pawn ticket in hand they say they had misplaced my items.(I believe it was sold.)
Then have the nerve to offer me something far less in value of the item I pawned.
Saying the replacement value of the original loan… SAY WHAT!!?(Laptop cost me $ 900+ and pawned for $ 150 and offed $ 150 in store credit? Hell no.) Small claims court in my future.
This store the employees are rude not helpful and this particular female Hispanic employee is the worst, I think her name Esmeralda, What a B**#h she is but she is not the only one with the arrogant behavior that is sicking. So if want to feel like crap and the scum of the earth… shop Pawn Pros. You’re guaranteed to fell like you got ripped off. on loans and purchases VERY OVERPRICED… Dvd’s are ok priced. But anything else you’re paying way too much!
Prices are very high and loans are very low. Don’t waste your time with Pawn Pros.
Stay far away from this business.
