I loved this place! Today was my first visit. I stopped in because I was an hour early for an appt. I’m so happy I did! I was seated right away and had coffee within seconds! That makes me happy! The service was excellent, everyone was friendly and professional. I started with the beef barley soup. Yum. Hot, fresh ingredients and just the perfect size. Then I had the chef salad. Not only was it presented beautifully it tasted fantastic too! Huge portion. Served with garlic toast. I can’t wait to go back and try more menu items!

I have been here a few times. If it is a busy place, it has to be good, unless it is the only place in town. The service and food is great. You actually get left overs. Prices in other places you do not get a lot on your plate, but here you do. Very spacious and accommodating. I hope they stay forever. Support local businesses.

The servers are nice, but the food is gross. This restaurant is at the bottom tier of traditional diner food. Bland eggs like the powdered, reconstituted hotel variety. «Fancy» french toast that has so much nutmeg and cinnamon that it’s bitter. Corned beef hash out of a can. Lazy cooking that produces poor results.

One of the best patty melts I’ve had anywhere. Very large serving and tons of perfectly cooked french fries. For some comfort food, this place looks hard to beat!

A great family dining experience. Huge selection. The place is busy, but very well staffed and not too loud. The Bigfoot is a must — a mega chicken fried steak, with 3 eggs, hashbrowns and toast. Their rye is tasty! We always need a take-home box. They take credit cards now. Thumbs up for convenience!

I’m pretty happy with this little breakfast spot. I ran in here quickly, got served promptly, and the customer service was too notch. Friendly faces, delicious salmon Benedict, and good location for errands. I’ll be back

I gave it two stars because the servers we courteous and kind. Food was just better than a hole-in-the-wall joint. Scrambled eggs were Ok thrown atop my 2 spongy, tasteless pancakes. The bacon really saved the morning, hearty and tasty it really was the best part of my meal. Also tasted the turkey dinner and the only thing edible were the mashed potatoes. Hope my review saves you from this mediocre strip mall joint

This is our favorite breakfast place this side of town. The omelettes, french toast, and pancakes are all amazing. We always leave full and content. However I will say despite the large staff size we ALWAYS have to wait longer than usual for seating and to order(no matter how packed it is.) There have been plenty of times we walked in to see a half full seating area but are ignored by the hostess or waitresses for a good 5 – 10 minutes before we are seated. It’s also clear that some of the ladies serving are not happy with their jobs, no smiles and very rushed. Also, the tables and condiment containers could use a good cleaning. All in all, great food and prices but better service can be found at other Seattle breakfast spots.

Looking for a breakfast fix, the hubby and I decided to check out Party’s Eggnest around brunch time. The restaurant was not busy at all so you can imagine our disappointment to be seated right by the bathrooms. We were too hungry to ask to be moved. I ordered the house omelette(spinach, mushrooms, feta cheese) with no onion, hash browns and a biscuit. The husband ordered a breakfast of dry scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns and sour dough toast. The breakfast arrived in record time along with our coffees and orange juices. The portion sizes were insane! We should of split a plate because it was way too much for either of us to finish but oh so yummy! The omelette was absolutely amazing and so delicious. The hash browns were perfect and the toast cooked onsite I think was good. I didn’t like the biscuit, it was a bit too rich for my taste buds. The bacon was also really really good. I highly recommend Pattys! Prices are a bit more but well worth it! I gave 4 stars only because of seating us by the bathrooms in an empty restaurant. The food is a definite 5!

Came by on a Thursday during lunch, it was pretty quiet. Our server seated us very quick but, he looked very unenthusiastic being there. The upside was the food, I enjoyed it except for my hash browns which were dry and hard! Our server wasn’t around a lot even though there was only 2 other people he was serving. Service needs improvement as well as some parts of the food.

If you are looking for a cozy place with huge portions, this is it! The staff were friendly and attentive and our food made to order. We only wish that we knew how huge the portions were and we would have shared! My granddaughter said that the jam tastes as good as my homemade and she made a meal out of sourdough toast with jam. The Greek fries were Yummy but I forgot to ask about a dedicated fryer and have had a bad tummy all afternoon from what I guess to be gluten… my own fault. Would we definitely visit again next time we are in the area.

I really liked this place. It’s a shame. We were one of about 4 tables this morning at 7 am. We got our water and then waited and watched the waitress proceed to clean the table next to us, collect a check and take another order. 5 minutes we sat there staring her down waiting for her to take our order. Guess I’m going to McDonald’s for breakfast this morning. Get it together Patty’s!!!

Long waits here, wanted to order and sat there looking at the staff for 10 min. Then I got their attention and pointed out that I’m going to eat elsewhere and pointed at a near by restaurant. They don’t care.

I never even got the chance to be greeted by our waiter because the place is so disgustingly dirty. I can’t sit in a booth that’s openly covered in various of stains & dirt. If you don’t believe me just walk in and look at the boothing areas . So I can’t comment on the food because I got sidetracked by the filth.

Great friendly service. Good fast consistent breakfast experience. It’s definitely my breakfast spot on that side of town now. FYI They only take cash. I didn’t see the sign until my breakfast was finished, but they have an ATM conveniently located at the front of the restaurant.

Two stars for previous experiences that were okay… No stars for my experience today… Went in and sat for over 30 minutes, no it wasn’t busy, until I decided to leave… Not a person came to check in, say they were busy, will be right there. It’s hard to ignore a group when there is a toddler with them… Will not be headed back.

Servers name: Johanna Atmosphere: Casual Price: $$ Service: Great Parking: Public Parking Lot Other: «Seattle’s Best Breakfast» via building exterior signage. Note: This is a CASHONLY restaurant. Don’t worry — if you forget — there is an ATM as you walk in. ATM Charge is $ 2.75 — if you use the ATM, they will subtract $ 2.75 from your bill. Review on Service/Taste/Overall Impression Service: 5 starts! GREAT! Servers paid well attention to my coffee cup, plates and checked in to see how I was doing. Johanna was polite and respectful and well informed on the menu. Taste:(Biscuits and Gravy with eggs, hash brown and sausage) — Taste Average. Pros: — Big serving size. You will be full with this plate. — Taste is average/good. No, you won’t disappointed but you won’t be overly impressed. — Hash browns are well timed in cooking. Cons: –Biscuits and gravy are on the same plate with eggs and hash brown. I’m not a fan of the gravy extending to my hash brown and eggs. Desert: Cinnamon Roll: Tastey when warm. It comes with cool whip on the top which complements its taste. They serve this with a desert spoon BUT you will need a fork and knife with this baby! Overall impression: This restaurant attracts an older demographic. The atmosphere here resembles PERKINS(in Spokane) which is not bad but just an observation. So, bring your grandparents or parents here. They will feel comfortable. The final question is: Would I come back? Yes, why not. It’s simple and the service is great. Not the BEST breakfast place in Seattle but I am a fan.

I live only a few blocks from this place and have gone a few times but I will never go again. On our last trip there, my daughter and I went for a mommy/daughter brunch date. We were seated immediately and the waitress who took our order was not friendly and I don’t think made eye contact. She seemed to be in a foul mood and clearly didn’t want to be there. My daughter ordered a small orange juice and the California benedict. I ordered a scramble and a soda. I asked for a biscuit with my scramble which it came with and seeing how tiny it was upon arrival I asked how much more a second would be. The rude waitress said the teeny tiny biscuit would be a $ 3.50. I did not order another biscuit. After our meal, I barely finished mine since it tasted salty and had way too many onions in the scramble, I asked for the check. After about 20 mins our check arrived and the bill was… $ 38!!! I could not believe my eyes and seriously thought it had to be a mistake. When I approached the counter to ask if this was correct, the lady at the counter snapped«of course it’s correct! We don’t scam our customers!» I stated that I was shocked by how expensive the meal was and it was subpar at best and she informed me that I should order something better next time. I couldn’t believe how awful this experience was. I will never go back again. As a side note that I later found out, the owners don’t accept credit card payments because the payments take too long to hit the account. They need the cash right away since their employees refuse to accept checks now from the owners. Apparently there have been too many bounced payroll checks. That in itself says a lot about how they run their operation.

I came here by myself on New Years Day because my family all wanted to sleep. The place was packed but luckily they were able to seat me… since it was just me. Unfortunately, the 2 top I was sitting in was in close proximity to other tables and I could hear them complaining about this or that. One guy was talking about how they literally blew the eggs Benedict, how the older waitress wasn’t coming around to refill sodas yadayadayada… I also knew that this place was hit or miss. But my ground sirloin and eggs was delicious. Burger cooked great, eggs over easy just enough, and good(lots) hash browns. Came in expecting the worst and was pleasantly surprised… cash only suck though…

Disgusting. Piping hot chicken seasoned with Season Salt on top of Spinach, BADIDEA. GROSS! Wilted and melted and a MESS. When I informed the waitress of my disgust she said«that’s how we do it here.» Um, clearly. SICK!!! She did not remove the garish dish but instead left it on my table while my friend forced down her club sandwich WITHROASTBEEFONIT!!! This joint is ridiculous. My friend got food poisoning from that sandwich! The service is BEYOND abysmal, the«food» is raunchy!!! I have never been so disgusted by an establishment in my life. STAYAWAY!!! Nice that they only had one English speaker on staff too. THERUDESTPERSONONEARTH! Hope this place shuts down.
