I’m new to Seattle and really wanted to try local pizza. I saw the Unilocal reviews and chose Pagliacci’s. It will certainly not be the last time I call them to satisfy my pizza cravings. The online ordering was easy and delivery was fast and friendly. The only suggestion I have is to warn customers about how hearty the breadsticks are. They are wonderful, but if you like your pizza fresh, eat the pizza first. I purposefully order extra for leftovers, but I know that some people only eat their pizza fresh. That being said, the pizza and breadsticks re-heat very nicely.

I recently had a bad experience with another pizza chain in Ballard. They only tried to make amends after I posted a 1-star(and totally honest) review and their«public relations manager» saw it. I like to try different places around Seattle, and I have to say that I have never been disappointed with Pagliacci. It’s not the cheapest pizza, but it tastes pretty fantastic, and they have, by far, the best costumer service around. After my experience, above, I called Pagliacci in hopes of better luck. Not only did I get a great pizza and really nice people to take my order and deliver it to me, but I was also surprised at my door with a card that said, «THANKS! This one’s on us! — Pagliacci Pizza.» My jaw hit the ground as the delivery man just smiled, shook my hand, and walked away. It’s rare to see one company unknowingly make up for another company’s blunder by offering superb service with a smile. It’s really as simple as understanding that both the employees who work at the business and the customers are all just human beings who just want to be treated as such. Thank you Pagliacci for recognizing that.

Pagliacci is one of my go-to pizza places. They have a location just up the street from me, but also a few other close ones in case that place is slammed(and it does happen). They have a wide variety of pizzas and do them all well. The sauce is very good and the crust is pretty consistent. I got a pizza from Pagliacci recently, one that I’ve had many times before, and it tasted off. My guests all thought so as well, without solicitation. We went back to Pagliacci and they gave us our money back, no questions asked. Out of the many, many pizzas I’ve ordered from Pagliacci, this was the one bad one so no marks against since they handled it perfectly. For a slice or a pie, it’s worth checking out.

This is for their«new» lasagne and is not a slam against this location. There should be one Unilocal site for the parent company of any chain restaurant. The previous options were for a veggie or sausage lasagne. They both were mediocre, and tasted of peppers. This new lasagne sounded good on paper — fresh pastas — both plain and spinach, bechamel, bolognese(no veggie option any longer)…panko crust. However. It’s awful. It’s mushy, flavorless(except for a strong dry bitter herb flavor). I couldn’t believe how bad it was. Perhaps it was very old, but that doesn’t seem possible. The breadstick it came with barely tasted baked through, and made me really wish they had actual garlic bread. For the price, a small house salad would be really nice. But they need to fix this lasagne and quick. Ideas: Use dried pasta(as it would hold up better) or find a recipe for fresh pasta that holds up to refrigeration(freezing?) Use a more flavorful sauce and add browned sausage to a meat version; spinach-ricotta to both veggie and meat versions. Cut down or eliminate one or more of these offending dried spices: oregano, basil, thyme, ? Use an aged cheese on top and brown it well.

Great pizza, great salad, and super convenient location. On the pricey side for pizza, but definitely high quality ingredients and very nice crust. Delicious.

This is my go-to for delivery. Pizzas are consistently good, and drivers from this location are VERY nice and can find my house even though the stupid porch light doesn’t work. Stupid porch light. Anyway: there are lots of really good staple pies here along with endless combinations of veggie friendly build-yer-owns. I prefer the red sauce or pesto base varieties, but I could be arm-twisted into a goat cheese primo. Seasonal pies are intriguing although often taste rather rich.

Best pizza delivery in the area. We order one about once every two weeks when I don’t feel like cooking or going out and have never had any complaints.

Ok ok, pizza is pizza. And theirs is great, but they have a Hallmark customer service and delivery team. Simply A+

I always have my order delivered and the service is good. I try different pizzas on the menu and have not been disappointed yet. The Pagliacci salad is awesome!

Always order from here! Pizza is so good, delivery is fast and they never mess up my order. Love the thinness of the crust and lightness of the toppings. It reminds me of pizza from Italy not over greasy not doughy, perfection!

$ 17 for a small pepperoni. Not so great. Friendly staff, but will not return for high price and quality.

Best delivery pizza I’ve ever had. I’ve ordered dozens of times and nothing in the Seattle area comes close. The only reason I don’t order more often is that I’m trying to stay lean, lol. I could eat their Brooklyn Bridge a few times per week. So darn good! Shoot…now I’m craving pizza. Must resist the urge to call. Must resist!

My favorIte pizza place! They have a wide but well thought out menu. The staff is super nice and the delivery is always 35 mins or less. A little pricey compared to other options but so worth it for the quality. The salads are delicious. Can’t say enough good things!

Pagliacci has always been good, but this location gets a 5 stars from me because of an awesome experience. Boyfriend and I were going to see my friend sing a few miles away at the Seattle Musical Theater, but did not plan very well. we were starving and figured there would be lots of casual places to eat close nearby. Umm, there aren’t. So we’re frantically looking for a place to stuff our faces(so we don’t sit for 2.5 hours on an empty stomach! the horror!!). Walking into Pagliacci, we had exactly 45 minutes to order, eat, pay and get to the show. Telling the guy behind the counter this, he advised us not to order a pizza — it would take a least 25 minutes to come out w/the people ahead of us. SO he recommended their delicious Italian salad and breadsticks. He put the breadsticks«on rush» for us and personally delivered them the second they came up, split the salad into two bowls, plus sodas on the house because we had been stressed running around. So sweet! Plus it all tasted great. We had a great meal before the show and extra breadsticks to take home. :) Thanks Pagliacci!

I love Pagliacci! They’re the only pizza place I order from nowadays. I think they’re the best Seattle pizza chain, hands down! I’ve never gotten a bad pizza from them. All of their stuff is amazing. I can’t say delivery is always prompt — on busy nights, it can get slow — but overall, it’s fine. And everyone who works there is super friendly! (Their 12th Man Primo, which is a limited edition pizza they’re offering right now, is SO good. Go get it while you still can!)

I ONLY order pizza from Pagliacci’s if I’m getting delivery! It is just delicious. The Hawaiian pizza is made with really pineapple not out of a can so that does it for me. I also order the AGOG a lot and even the boring old Pepperoni is made with high quality ingredients. If you feel like going in — I normally don’t — it is kind of fun to watch the guys throw the pizza dough. I used to work at a pizza place and this is a lot harder than it looks. Jim the store manager is a very nice guy and takes the time with his customers as well. It is a more money than some pizza places but it is definitely worth it. And try their Hawaiian Pizza.

I like Pagliacci a lot. As far as local pizza places it’s right up there with my favorites. I really like their Pesto Primo, Pepperoni, Brooklyn Bridge, and Hawaiian. The prices on pizzas are a little higher than some places but the large is huge and can feed 3 – 4 people. Delivery people are really nice at this location. The crust can get a little soggy if the pizza is sitting for awhile but that’s understandable. If you eat it right away while it’s hot the crust is crisp and delicious. I think they could afford to put a little more sauce on their pizzas but that’s just my personal preference. Overall Pagliacci delivers solid, tasty pizza!

I don’t know if all Pagliacci’s are created equal or not, but I remember having Pagliacci’s at a friends(she lives closer to Ballard proper) and it was pretty dang good. Since we’ve moved here(to Ballard/Phinney area), we’ve ordered several times from this Greenwood location and it’s «OK.» Now, I’m beginning to miss Crash Landing. Living super close to the now closed Crash Landing Pizza(RIP), we ordered from them all the time. When their pizza was good, it was great. But, even they, I dare say, were inconsistent. The same goes for this Greenwood Pagliacci. The last several times we’ve ordered the pizza has been just«meh»(in fact, if it had always been like the last couple times, it’d be getting 2 stars). Uncooked/crisped up dough, our last one was super over-sauced. The mushroom pizza is really uninteresting(they cook w raw mushrooms, no sauteeing, etc). As a native New Yorker, I love plain, ol’ cheese pizza, which is what we often order… but I’m thinking your best success is to order with toppings. Just not mushrooms. Oh, and the sauce isn’t my fave either. The positives: typically Pagliacci has good crust, it’s legit, like NY style crust, usually super tasty with a crisp outer edge and a chew to it. Service is great, they are super nice, and they keep all your info on some local system. Imagine, you go to dial them, and they answer, «hello Heather, what can I get you tonight?» Pretty cool. They also keep a credit card on file, which is great, so if you order to the same house, same phone and you give them the last 4 of your CC, you’re good to go. They make it painless to order, more than ANY other restaurant I’ve ever used. I’m planning on exploring, just need to do that for next time. I’ll keep you posted.

Getting worse. For $ 30 and with a name like«Pesto Primo,» I expect there to be more than the merest drizzle of the PESTO. You know, like the very name of the pizza suggests. I won’t risk this location again, despite it being closest in proximity.
