we needed either a new battery or what the service person said, a new starter. we told him that when we got it jumped by someone else it worked but he refused to wait a few minutes to let our car charge enough to start. his name was Wayne and he locked himself out of his own running car after he half assedly «helped» us

Super nice staff. Wayne installed a battery into my vehicle for me. I am impressed by this store’s consistent high level of service. I’ve been in probably 10 times over the years and I’ve left happy every time. Thanks!

I came in to get my check engine light checked out. They helped me by reading the codes. Looks like all I needed was an oil change and new wires. They helped me find a good deal for the parts and just called my mechanic to install them. Saved me some money. Thank you

Been going to several different O’Reilly stores (all over Washington and even the ones out of town during a roadtrip) — after the last time I went to this location, then decided to give this location another chance so I went back here yesterday to buy another set of headlights. All other stores have always been willingly helping me with installation. This location is the only one that consistently refuses helping me. I will never go back to this store for this reason.

Great service from Carlos. I came in to get wiper blades and a new dome light. Within a couple of seconds, Carlos greeted me and asked if I needed anything. I told him about my needs and he looked up the part number. A minute later he was walking me down the aisle picking out which wiper blades he recommended as well as the better light brands. Usually that would be the most expensive brand right? Nope, he pointed out what he usually uses which was medium in the price range.
I bought the parts and Carlos didn’t try to push anything else on me. I even told him that my wiper blades just wouldn’t come off. So Carlos comes out with me to my car and helps install the wiper blades.
I will definitely be back. Got it and out in less than 10 minutes and it only took a minute to get the old blades off and the new on. The prices aren’t bad and the service is great. Also, from the people I’ve talked to at this O’Reilly’s, there isn’t much judgement if people don’t know much about their car.

This O’Reilly’s is good. We stopped in here for some oil as my bf’s car was ridiculously low. The store itself is well organized and full of pretty much anything auto related you need as well as household items.
We grabbed some oil and a funnel and the guy grabbed a pair of pliers to help us remove the cap in the engine. No complaints.

It’s always advantage if you know what you are doing and you can replace your auto parts. I am the type like to do on my own, if possible, so always O“Reilly guys know that I will be asking them questions until I get my answers. They are kind and patience if your questions don’t make sense, in which possible since not all of us experts in cars. Also I found that you can find good deals and selection that fits your budget. Sounds good to me.

I came in today looking for a new headlight for my car and some other things. I was greeted right upon entering the store (I did look lost, staring up at the shelves aimlessly) and the staff looked up the headlight I needed for my Honda. It was great. No thinking on my part.

Really helpful people here. I had a brake light that did not work. They have such a huge selection that I would not have had any idea of which one to pick. Not only did the guy behind the counter tell me which one I needed but he came out, took the broken one out, got me the right one and came out again and put it it! Could not get much nicer.
Anything my car needs this is the place I will go to first.
