Nouvelle Nails and Waxing

Yen did a full set of classic lashes on me almost 3 weeks ago and they still look great! I also take very good care of them and followed her care instructions. She was very informative and takes pride in her work. I’ve received many compliments on my lashes and definitely will be back! Thanks Yen!

I normally go to an actual lash bar/​lounge to get my lashes done, but for the last few months at my normal place, the girl went on maternity leave. So I had to find a new place to get my fills. One of my good friends recommended Jennifer at Nouvelle. I was a little hesitant since it was at a nail salon, but I’m so happy I gave it a shot! Jennifer is amazing! She made my lashes look so pretty, and she takes her time with you, so the lashes are placed just right! I’ve gone to her about 3 times already. She is really good… trust me ladies, you will not be disappointed! And the price is so much less that what I paid at my other lash place! I’m a happy girl! :)

They advertise walk-​ins welcome but then told me they were booked for the next 4 hours when I tried to walk-​in for a manicure and pedicure. The strangest part was that there were 3 staff members sitting around, no customers visible, and one staff member was doing another staff member’s nails. Definitely don’t recommend this place.

I was excited to visit this place after good reviews. The manicure and pedicure were mediocre, and I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the facility.
What made me never want to go back again was the fact that my manicurist went up to use the restroom, didn’t close the door all the way so you could see here in the restroom, and then proceeded to not wash her hands. She then came back and worked on my nails as normal. Absolutely disgusting and definitely a health hazard.

Jen does an amazing job on my lashes. I have gone to several places and she by far is the best. She always takes her time and the outcome shows ! My lashes look like a new set every time !

Jennifer does the best eyelash extensions in Seattle, trust me, I’ve tried so many places in the past 7 years, but she’s the best. Her eyelash extensions last over 4 weeks and the price is actually quite cheap. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to get eyelash done.

Yen did an amazing job on my nails! Hands down, the best shellac French manicure I’ve ever had. She paid such attention to detail and also was a pleasure to chat with the whole time! I will definitely be returning :)

Nice clean nail salon, nice and warm when it’s cold out which makes it extra comfy! And though I didn’t get a pedicure I found myself wanting to just to sit in the massage chairs, they looked so nice! As well, they were very nice and accommodating for us, since we didn’t make and appointment. Next time I totally plan on making an appointment because they were so nice to squeeze us in as well as they did! Yen was very very pleasant and never an awkward moment. She did a very thorough and attentive manicure and made polite yet meaningful conversation. Also gave a hell of a hand massage, just the right amount of pressure, felt good but didn’t hurt.
They also were very nice to offer water (which I’ve never had happen before at other salons) and asked me about the style and shape of like filed nails I wanted, which was a pleasure. Nice music as well, very calming. :)
Definitely will be back!

I first had my lashes done 3 – 4 months ago, and have been coming back ever since. Yen does a phenomenal job every time, and spends the time necessary to make every one of my lashes look absolutely perfect!!! She is such an expert with this that I fall asleep every single time :) I get compliments all the time, even from men (who of course think they are natural)! Seriously, go see Yen! She will change your beauty life!

Have been to Nouvelle for both nails and lashes now. My gel manicure is awesome and has lasted almost three weeks! No chips! The only reason to have it redone was … it had grown out. Jennifer did my lashes. She was methodical and did a wonderful job. Give her a try. The prices are right and the services are great here. You cannot go wrong. I will be back.

Good price for mani-​pedi and they did an immaculate job. The ladies made sure I stayed until my nails were dry and told me that if they smudged, to come back to get them fixed for free.

I love getting my nails and toes done here. They are very meticulous in making sure my nails are flawless. They use fresh tools for every guest which I love. The staff is always very welcoming and professional.

Fantastic place. Walked in today for the first time for a mani pedi, and was seated quickly and helped by two very kind women who did a fantastic job. Very reasonable prices and easy free street parking in the perfect location. I’ll definitely be back!

I am so glad I have waited a week to write this review. Not only are these ladies AWESOME, but my non-​acrylic, normal mani is lasting over a week. MIRACLE. I am one of those freaks who cannot grow nails, and therefore no acrylic nails for me. When I get mani done, it is mostly for the experience. I always assumed it would not last more than 3 days. NOT THIS TIME. They still look good!!!
And, they are so attentive, kind, and accommodating. They also speak fluent English. I really think this hidden gem will get overloaded with customers in no time, so please do make an appointment. I foolishly did not. They were kind enough to jam me into their schedule between appointments, but I felt terrible about overloading their schedule.
I highly recommend this place. You will get a spa-​like experience for only $ 35 for both mani and pedi. Again, I don’t get acrylic nails… so I am not sure of the price for such service.

Getting my lashes done here since Nouvelle was taken over by new owners. I’ve gotten my lash extensions done elsewhere, but have never been as happy. First, because other places can’t get the lash placement as good. Second, my lashes last longer about 4 weeks. But it’s nice that they offer cheaper option if you want to get a fill within a week, 2 weeks etc. Other lash places just don’t place them as well as the woman here. Seriously the best! My lashes look so natural that people are always curious and ask if I use latisse =). Free Parking in the area is a bonus too!

I stumbled across this place when I was in need of a mani right before a meeting. So happy I found this salon! All the women who worked here were friendly and did a great job on my nails. I am impressed by the prices and by their quality of work. Definitely will be back again!

I don’t usually write Unilocal reveiws but for this one, I had to. On a block of mostly residence, it can be a little tricky to spot this small place. They do an excellent job. The wmn who work there are very sweet, friendly and courteous. Great price. Definitely found my new nail salon!

I’ve found the best nail salon in Seattle! Amazing ladies, laid back and very humble. Will not go anywhere else!
