Jeff was a real lifesaver. My Mac was toast. I couldn’t turn it on or do anything. I hadn’t backed up and I was afraid I’d lost everything. Jeff tried several things and it didn’t take him long at all to find the right solution and restore everything to it’s original condition. Not just data, but all the programs, settings, etc.
I don’t know how long Jeff has been in the computer repair and network consulting business, but he’s been at it a lot longer than the 4 or 5 years I’ve known him. It’s his primary focus, and he definitely knows his stuff.
