The food was«pub grub» but with quality such that the term does it no justice. Tasty drinks, a tremendous choice of same. Plenty of room(and I’m 6’5″ and 300 lbs), seating on several floors, a TV but definitely not a sports bar, a feeling of being in an Irish pub but a fresh, openness that I enjoyed. Why«only» 4 stars: parking! You’ll see, or at least I hope that you will. Wonderful spot.

We loved this local place. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. We ordered the rib eyes with broccollini and it was probably the best steak I have had! Seasoned and cooked perfectly!

I really like Mulleady’s and come here fairly often as it’s close to our apartment. The atmosphere is wonderful and chill. I love the drinks as well. I was saddened to see when I showed up that the menu has gotten smaller. There are only 2 salads and 1 sandwich offered. I miss the Kale Salad and would love to see maybe a salmon/chicken type salad offered. It would also be great to have some GF items that are actually meals. The main meals seem to be heavy and more expensive than a pub should offer. Overall, still happy with Mulleady’s, but with the menu being so small now I may be more inclined to grab food elsewhere.

Happy Hour menu, 4−6pm. Every day! Lunch and dinner menu has roasted root veggies, burgers, local wild salmon, beer battered fish & chips. Good service. Prices are sweet, most dear item on the menu is the Boneless Lamb at $ 22, which arrives with crusty bread and arugula salad. Sweet! Local quality ingredients culled from purveyors in Washington and Oregon. Try Jameson ice cream from Full Tilt Ice Cream, Seattle, in your Guinness. I know, sacrilege! Open till midnight on this lovely Spring Wednesday!

Incredible Poutine, generous drinks, and really awesome service. We love to stop by. The pub is well lit and gorgeous, and we have always been treated well. Even though it’s a huge drive from our house, when we can, we try to make a special trip every here and there.

My neighborhood bar. Literally 4 houses down from my apartment. I finally got to try it out Friday night. My friends had just driven in from Portland and we were looking for a low key night. So we swung in here. For food, we ordered: — poutine fries — cheese board — bread pudding Everything we ordered was tasty! Loving how close this place is to me. My friend forgot her ID and we walked back to my place and came back within 5 min lol. Drinks were good too. We had ciders and beer. I need to come back to try there brunch. The inside vibe has an old rustic feel to it. Loving the vibes it gives.

Liked all of Happy Hour food and drinks. Did not like the foul language coming from the kitchen staff, or the throwing/banging around of items like people were pissed off or unhappy because they were at work. Not really the most pleasant service. Parking is very difficult.

Whoa. That was the first thing that came out of my mouth as I took a huge bite of the Poutine. I mean, really?! This place knows how to do it right. To dive a little deeper into the food since the poutine was only the starting point: I had the Dravus St. Sandwich and was literally cherishing each bite. The contrast of the ricotta with honey and then the arugula and egg? I can’t imagine a better combination. My friend had the Shepard’s Pie which of course I had to take a taste of– it was rich yet light– a combination that I did not know was even possible. And that is only the food– I mean the atmosphere alone should draw you in at least for a drink! Intimate, yet not dark. Local family vibe, but not small. It seems that this place knows how to create an atmosphere for anyone to feel at home. And the service stands by this as well.

Great Food! Great Drinks! Great Staff! Great Atmosphere! I have been 3 times with different people each time and everyone has enjoyed it. I haven’t been upstairs yet, but will one of these days. Have tried the corn beef and hash, mac and cheese(with bacon!), fish and chips, lamb… all good. They have the option to by the whole bottle of liquor at cost if you are a group of people and want to have a fun night.

Consistently wonderful food and mixologist quality cocktails. Very slow but gracious service. Good things on the level they deliver are definitely worth waiting for. A very special foodie experience in my opinion full of great standards and also inventive unique offerings. Nice interior, dark wood and historical original elaborate wood bar. Fireplace that’s always warm and inviting. A few games and books available for those who need to entertain themselves while chilling. An upstairs bar for special events and overflow. Occasionally live music. Parking is difficult but thankfully I can walk here.

I’ve been visiting Mulleady’s monthly since attending a friend’s birthday party in the upper bar several months back. The experience re-kindled a routine from a few year’s back, when friends lived down the block and Mulleady’s was a regular drinks and nosh spot. This pub is neither in my neighborhood nor part of a regular commute, but the rotating menus(entrées, cocktails, desserts), of fantastic and tasty offerings, and warm staff keep me coming back. The Friday before Christmas, my wife and I hosted a party in the upper bar with the help of Alaina, the current events coordinator. The planning process, including the pre ordering off the catering menu, was simple and worry free; even when we missed a deadline(sorry). Come party night, Alaina and our bartender, Kenneth, surprised us by partaking in our party theme. Our guests shared compliments about the space, food, drink, and especially the service all night long. At the end of the event, Kenneth even helped pack up the leftovers in to-go containers, which turned out handy with holiday guests back at the house. These folks and this place is so great, I look forward to my next visit in the new year.

Not your usual Irish pub. Sure, there’s everything you’d expect: good beer, pub food, etc., but Mulleady’s is a level above. The beer is excellent and well chosen, mixing Irish pub favorites with great local brews; the cocktails are delicious and original, a true rarity for a pub; and the food is top-notch. And there’s no green beer nonsense on St. Patrick’s Day. Instead, they do a traditional Irish sit-down dinner. Mulleady’s is one of Seattle’s hidden gems.

dinner food: scotch eggs and shepards pie. the scotch eggs were delicious. somehow they made deviled eggs even better and it wasnt adding bacon. the exterior is pork that has been fried so its crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. the shepards pie was good too. imagine a chili without liquid(not the same as dry) with mashed potatoes on top. a bite of smooth creamy mash and then some texture from the meat and vegetables. yum! ***4/5 service: it was pretty low key for the night. it’s a small neighborhood bar. as in there is nothing else for a few blocks but this place. i was expecting it to be busy, but nope. it was quiet and easygoing. they have a few tables open and a few people at the bar. the demographic seems to be a bit older. our server was great. got our orders and visited the table as needed. ***4/5 value: a bit expensive for me. my friend ordered a burger and it didnt even come with fries. to me, that should be a standard for burgers. the scotch eggs were delightful. perhaps they have a happy hour that can justify it. ***3/5

Surprisingly good food for an Irish pub! Let me preface this by noting that I’m not a fan of pubs and pub food. That said, the burger was outstanding. Juicy patty and a generous helping of caramelized onions on top made for a high-quality meal. And the pickles on the side were sweet and tangy with some dill sprinkled on them. Kinda like sunomono if you’re familiar with Japanese food. The deviled scotch eggs were good. I couldn’t even bear the thought of dipping them in mayonnaise though. They were heavy enough! The upstairs has a foosball table, which is a nice plus. Some of the men in the set are loose and floppy, which reminded me of my college days(that’s not a euphemism btw; I mean literally our foosball tables were busted, too). So in terms of pubs, this place has the best food I’ve experienced yet. Great burger. Tasty pickled thingys on the side. Really good service.

I have never said this before: awesome poutine!!! The idea of poutine is kind of disgusting IMO but the poutine at Mulleady’s is worth a trip to Magnolia! It’s totally unique with pulled pork and Beecher’s cheddar cheese — not the usual who just barfed on my French fries kind of toppings. We had a really tasty winter salad too — had to balance out the artery clogging with something healthy. Service was great — cheerful, attentive and knowledgable bartender and a nice atmosphere. I read the review about some waitress who demanded a better tip but either she isn’t there OR she is on her best behavior OR those people who left that review were rude and awful customers. In any event I really liked this place! Will go back!

Came in for brunch and was not busy at all, which was a bit of a surprise because this place has decent reviews and what looked like a good menu. Was a bit of a pleasant surprise however, as brunch on the weekends here can be a bit of a pain to get seated quickly. We tried the asparagus salad and the Irish eggs Benedict and both were great! The salad was a bit small, but for the price was good, and the eggs Benedict had a really great combo. Instead of an English muffin it comes on a scone, and it comes with corned beef instead of ham which was awesome. The hollandaise sauce was epic too. I was actually scraping my plate a little after I finished just to try and get a little bit of extra sauce. We’ll definitely be back to try dinner or lunch sometime. As others have stated the drink menu has a pretty large variety, and we had a great first experience! Recommend making the trip over to Magnolia to give it a shot.

Food– fantastic. Beer– fantastic. Cocktails are to die for. The bartender is kind and talented! Dessert is always above par. Hostess/waitress– witch! Witch! Witch! I won’t go back because of her. My family was in town and she treated our large party like a nuisance instead of a hot commodity for purchasing so much food & drinks. She was seriously upset that there were so many of us and we immediately asked for a bartender to serve us instead. I have been back to see if anyone else serves there and generally it’s only her… boo!
