Montlake Community Center is an excellent extremely reasonably priced event rental space with parking in central Seattle. It is part of the Seattle Parks.
Our friends rented it for an event I attended with their own food and beverage. Staff was unobtrusive. Large main hall. Perfect floor. Pristine bathrooms. Kitchen. Hey, they even have a tennis court and it is on Lake Washington!
Fine spot for weddings, birthdays, infants to grandparentals!

High marks for the Montlake Community Center, its friendly staff and busy fields. Nice gym with time for tots on rainy days (buy a punch card). Tennis court is often available. Plenty of fields and mediocre track. Some off street parking available. Pick up their brochure for complete activity schedule. Well used by the neighborhood and surrounding communities.
