Momiji

Momiji is a beautiful restaurant with delicious food. We came here on a Sunday night and were seated immediately.
For a party of three, we ordered:
Ultimate Dragon ($ 20): eel was tender and well marinated
Three Devils ($ 17): enjoyed the strawberry-​habenero sauce
Tarantula Extreme ($ 18): soft shell crab was crispy; loved the spicy kick
I enjoyed each of the dishes we ordered. There are many options on the menu that will cater to whatever you’re craving.
The restaurant opens up once you walk past the bar. There is also a beautiful garden in the center of the restaurant that is closed off by glass. It wasn’t busy when we were seated, but by the time we were leaving, every table and booth was occupied. I’d recommend making a reservation.

One of my favorite place when I craving for some sushi crunchy rolls at latenight. The Happy Hour Menu in here is awesome, $ 7 for a plate of Beef Short Ribs, $ 5.5 for Crispy Calamari and $ 6 for a Deep Fried Sushi Roll (Bad Boy/​Crunchy Cali/​Crunchy Seattle). Whenever I stop at this plate I will have to order all 3 rolls to statisfied myself, and the restaurant offer free green like edamade for starter too, healthy and tasty. I have been eating in here for a while, but last night was a blast in my favorite spot at the sushi bar — nothing better than watching skillful chef prepare your meals.
Usually, I will just give this place 4* because without the Happy Hour it’s pretty pricy but then I found out that they have dessert which were prepared by Hiroki Bakery. Me and my boyfriend tried Vanilla Icecream and Sesame Icecream, the Vanilla one have a very yellowish color which was weird but quite tasty. Then, I ordered one Soufflé Cheesecake togo and just finished it like 5 minutes ago. OMG, it was the best cheesecake I ever have, not rich, heavy and creamy taste likes Cheesecake in the Cheesecake Factory but this one is pretty soft, light and have a little bit of sour flavor which is fantastic. Also, the staff team and the chefs at the sushi bar were really friendly and professional.
I cant wait to comeback here and try the greentea tiramisu — sound like bomb.
