Moco, Inc.

We are experiencing a very horrible experience with this screening company. My boyfriend was looking for an apartment close to UW in Seattle recently — they use Moco, Inc. as their consultant for applicant screening process.
My boyfriend was required to ask his current apartment management firm to fax his rental info to Moco, Inc. and the agent who was supposed to help in the screening process, was such a pain in the ass. She kept claiming that she didn’t received the materials from my boyfriend’s current apartment management company, and insisted that she didn’t get anything four times!!! Not to mention how many times my boyfriend had to run to his current apartment management company to make sure they faxed his rental info to Moco, Inc., and it was even more ridiculous that this agent from Moco, Inc. said yesterday that they found out my boyfriend’s name was listed on my lease!!! NEVER!!!
So this is where I got involved — I had to drop off what I was working on this morning and took care of this shit by calling my apartment and begging them to contact this Moco, Inc. And finally this afternoon, when my boyfriend got so furious that he dropped his phone and yelled at her after he heard from this agent who still said that «nope, we didn’t receive anything, nothing from your apartment!» Magically in a minute, this agent called him back, and she got everything…
So while this story has not ended yet — it has been two weeks just trying to get through the screening process, I just want to warn any property firm managers who are looking for information regarding this Moco, Inc. Don’t ever choose them as your partner, because they suck!!!
I never left any negative comments on any company’s website and sorry I had to this time on Unilocal,Google and Facebook. I really hope this can help some renters as well, just get prepared for what’s in front of you. They can make your renting experience extremely horrible.
