Mike Howard Insurance Solutions

Loved Mike Howard. He retired, and that is great for him. He and his wife and staff were diligent in their hard work and dedication to all our insurance needs. He sold his business to Balcos, and they don’t seem to be able to keep up with our insurance needs (husband is a contractor). Looking for a new broker.

I’ve been with this Howard Insurance since the day I brought my car home from the dealer in 2003. They’ve been reliable in that they deduct a set amount from my checking account every month and in trade, see to it that I have insurance. Simple enough.
Now, when I dial the same number I’ve always dialed, I get Balcos insurance on the phone instead of Howard Insurance. (They are NOT as friendly nor as helpful, either.) They put me on hold so long, the call timed out and disconnected. This happened twice today. Either that or the receptionist disconnected me.
When I click the link for Howard Insurance on their Unilocal page, I’m directed to Balcos insurance instead. WTF?!? I feel like I’m getting stroked here, and that’s not the way I like to feel when I’m doing business with those I’ve hired to represent my vehicle.
I’m not happy with this new arrangement, not one little bit. I will be conducting a search for a new agent on the very next business day. I’ve lost my patience with these people.

Yay! I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching… but it wasn’t because of that smarmy cockney lizard insurance company… I use Mike Howard Insurance!
People, a insurance broker is the way to go. Their nominal fee for finding you the best deal is well worth it. They have been my insurance broker for almost 10 years. Homeowners, Auto, Commercial; they do it all. It is a family business with husband and wife Howard running operations, but they have several competent employees as well.
