I just had my 1^st appointment with Aubra. I came out feeling a lot better & very impressed with her vast knowledge base. I am excited to go back & to have such a valuable resource available so close to home.
I would recommend her to anyone looking to just feel better immediately or take a step in the direction of adopting a healthier lifestyle.

Aubra and Metamorphosis have completely changed my life. I have suffered from chronic daily headaches and migraines for over a decade. About 4 years ago, I was in constant pain and my life was on hold. I went to Aubra for a message, and she has been a huge turning point in my life. She is an expert in her field of massage therapy. With her help, I have been pain free and medicine free for years, which is something I never thought was possible. She is knowledgeable and thoughtful. Aubra really cares about my well-​being, and I couldn’t be happier to have found her help! I recommend her to everyone!

Metamorphosis was an incredible find! Aubra is very knowledgeable in whole body care and provides wonderful services. I have taken advantage of her contouring body wrap and what amazing results! I can fit into «those» pants again! While «wrapped» Aubra provided relaxing facials and I took advantage of her microdermabrasion service and WOW how incredible my skin looks now. I had lots of sun damage from too much time laying on the beach in California, and now my skin is so clear and minus the damage. Metamorphosis Holistic Spa is a great spa and I say GO GO!

A wonderful gem of an establishment. The owner, Aubra, is highly skilled at therapeutic massage and I’m pretty sure she saved my knees. Over the past few years my knees had started to make weird «clicking» sounds when I went up stairs and just feel weaker than they used to. Being overweight probably doesn’t help, but I’m still in my 20s and it felt a little early to have a serious problem like this. Aubra explained that sometimes joints can get pulled «off track» by stiffening fascia tissue and that a talented massage therapist can restore flexibility and the ability for the fascia to glide over the muscles like nature intended. She worked on my knees over two sessions and the results were nothing short of miraculous. The clicking sounds is now very faint and almost gone (and this after YEARS of living with the problem), and my knees feel so much stronger going up stairs. It’s like I have a whole new set of knees! Apparently this problem can also affect other joints like hips — it’s so sad that a lot of surgery could probably be avoided with the use of therapeutic massage like the kind offered at Metamorphosis Holistic Spa. I am so grateful that I found out about this place and will be able to keep my joints healthy for a long time to come!
Massage aside, Metamorphosis offers a peaceful environment, warm and professional staff, and an extensive menu of services ranging from inch loss wraps to skincare services and more. It’s a fantastic spa and I recommend it.

I love her massages, how responsive she is and how deep she works! She has numerous other things available, aside from massage that I haven’t had a chance to try, but about the massage I can say whole-​heartedly that she is great, the environment at Metamorphosis is pleasing and I love the music she plays :)

After spending months, not to mention a couple of thousand dollars on Western med docs and chiropracters trying to get a pinched nerve under controll in my right shoulder, hope had almost been lost and I was considering surgery.
I finally listened to my wife and made an appointment at Metamorphosis. I went through two rounds of myofacial packages at Metamorphosis and felt WAY better than I had in many months. I was able to stand up straight, sleep through the night, NOT go under the knife and NOT get injected with cortisone. I couldn’t have been (and still couldn’t be) happier with the results I experienced with Metamorphosis.
Since that time I have referred two different friends to Metamorphosis and they have both had similar experiences with the great end result. I would highly recommend Metamorphosis to any friend or family member with great confidence and no hesitation.
