Mercer View Apartments

I have lived in these apartments for almost 2 years now and I could not ask for a better place. The building manager and staff are amazing, I never have a problem in my unit and the neighbors are friendly and outgoing. I travel quite a bit for work and the manager always looks after my place while I am gone. Couldn’t ask for a better place!!!

I lived here for 15 months and left only because I had to for employment reasons — I was VERY happy here and would recommend it to anyone! This is actually the first apartment in my entire adult life that I have been sad to leave! Units are all very modern and have an open layout for the kitchen (great for entertaining or watching TV while you cook). I believe all units have W/​D in unit and my unit actually had a small room with side by side w/​d (so I essentially had a true laundry room!). Electric fireplace, DW, microwave, stove, built-​in desk, walk-​in closet; basically everything I needed, except a gym (there’s 2 within about 2 miles). I was on the side facing the I-​5 on ramps and the noise really wasn’t that bad — after a few days it’s white noise and you only notice it when you open the window. I only RARELY heard my neighbors even walking. I worked nights so slept during the day and even on weekends wouldn’t hear anyone moving around. I also had a «patio» but it was only about 3′ wide by 1′ deep so never used it. Building is VERY secure, parking was totally adequate and also very secure, lots of surveillence all over, and the manager keeps the building in excellent shape. The only issue we ever had was the elevator broke down 3 times (for 1 day each time) during the time I lived there. I rented originally because I liked the unit and the cost was cheaper than anything of comparable size/​ammenities in the area — again, HIGHLY recommend!
