Nick was so easy to work with, he made our event seem effortless. Hi helped not only with the selection of our alcohol and snacks, but in purchasing and getting it all set up. He was early, brought help, and had everything delivered as planned. It made everything much easier for me, and the party was a lot more fun as a result. I will definitely be working with him again soon and recommend him for anyone else!

Nick Davis is someone to keep an eye on in the world of Sommeliers. Passing his Advanced Court of Master Sommelier Exam on the first attempt is only a small example of his dedication to expand his knowledge of wines. I strongly suggest anyone who is currently in their wine studies or about to embark upon this journey to get on Nick’s blogs and podcasts to give their study efforts a B12 boost. Besides his vast knowledge of wines, he’s a genuine approachable guy who’s passionate about helping others to achieve success!

I hired Nick for creating the drink mixers and garnishes. He did an amazing job, went above and beyond. Was very helpful. Even setup all the items. I would highly recommend him for bartending all your functions!

Nick really knows his wine and spirits! He’s creative and friendly. He’s not a bartender who just wants to make what’s on the menu. You answer a few questions about your general preferences and he will make you a cocktail that will blow your mind! I’m hiring him to bartend at my friend’s wedding as a gift because my friends deserve the best service! He is also super knowledgeable about wine and throws fabulous pairing parties. He is my go to guy for events, wine pairings and cocktails. Thanks for being awesome!
