McDonald’s

A little more attention to work might help. It would be nice to actually get my entire order. Unfortunately that seems to beyond them.
I also was unimpressed with the management’s response to my complaint — just «well I will put you in the book and give you something next time». I don’t drive, so I couldn’t go back, and I had someone waiting for me so I was rushing. Next time I will check before leaving the counter and to Hell with anyone waiting behind me.

i am clearly not having luck on the drive thru, delivery, pick up services in the great south seattle area! tonight, was the last straw and i did yell at their employee to correct what i saw!!! tonight i saw an employee making a chocolate drink, she had to pump chocolate milk into the drink, then proceeded to stir it with a large metal stir wand and then she licked the stor wand and then put the stir wand back in and added more chocolate sauce and while pumping the chocolate sauce into this drink, she got the pump in the fluid and she kept pumping… she then licked the metal stir thing again and put it back in with the other clean metal stir implements!!! i snapped. i’m sorry that’s disgusting and i will not be eating or drinking or even supporting this dirty ass mess!!!

Worst McDonald’s service ever. Clueless rude employees. Doesn’t prove to me why they deserve 11 $/​hour.

I’m ashamed to admit it, but I’ve been here a few times. The dining area is always clean and the Filipino ladies are always super nice!

This McDonalds has to be a franchise location. The prices are so much higher than everywhere else. Ordering is a challenge, depending on how new the person taking the orders is.
Just avoid this McDonalds. There are plenty of other options around, and ones that are better priced.

Asked if they took the Entertainment Book coupons. The girl’s response, «I don’t know.» And tried to leave the conversation at that.

This is the second time that I ordered via the drive through and they actually passed me the insufficient order.
You can’t seem to order anything more than 2 meals here or everything goes wrong. So disappointed that the service is horrible and we have to check and double check every time we order a take away.
Not mention wrong orders or missing orders.
So upset cos my husband and I were super hungry and came home to lesser food than we ordered and paid for and it’s too cold and troublesome to go back to get what they have forgotten to pack.

This is one of the McDonald’s not too far from where I work. Sometimes I go here.
It’s a re-​built McDonald’s, so its a pretty appealing building. Customer service is pretty mediocre though. Employees seem like they could care less whether they get your order right.
A bad time to go is between 11AM-1:00PM. You get a flood of Franklin High School teens flooding the place. I only will go here if it’s my last resort for lunch.
It’s kept clean as well. Overall it’s a solid McDonald’s, but it could use some help in the area of customer service.

This McDonald’s is improving but not the best fast food around this area.
I do like the two drive thur lanes to get you in and out but it is a hit and miss with the employees getting your order wrong… so I am force to go inside so I can yell at someone if they F my order up.
I do like the New Strawberry Lemonade and the crack fries. My daughter usually get a free toy because she is so cute regardless if I get a Happy Meal. She is such a hustler… just like her daddy. lol
I do get entertained when I drive near this location because this is the spot for the illegal mexican looking for work like hookers running to your window for a good time. They are all line up waiting for some action.
I will be back for more crack fries.

Best McDonald’s I ever been to since the early 90’s. I used to live in this area as a child and my mom would always take us here after a trip to Chinatown for groceries. We would usually have the dilemma of McD’s or BK. It was always a toss up and so it didn’t matter which one. I do remember this time, I asked my mom for a Whopper and she droved to this location in the drive-​thru and asked for it. Long story short, we ended up with paying for nothing but got water. Anyways, this place is by far better than the rainier ave s location in Renton and the location on Graham street! If you don’t believe me, order these few items and compare for yourself, The McChicken, The Cheeseburger, and of course the McNuggets! The McNuggets will blew your roof over! I can now truly say I have joined America’s obese and diabetic with a smile now :)

they have never gotten my order right! Most of it could be a language barrier issue, plus it’s so loud in there: always screaming babies, punk/​emo teenagers, banging and such from the kitchen area. So unfortunately this mcdonalds doesn’t even meet the low standards i have for mcdonalds in general.

One time when we went here, we got REAR ENDED by someone in the drive thru lane because, well, he was A TOTAL IDIOT. No fault on McDonalds, but that was a bad enough experience.
The last time I was here, they were out of ranch for Chicken McNuggets.
They were also out of chocolate syrup for a chocolate milkshake.
And on that same night, they were out of french fries. French. Fries. McDonalds was out of FRENCH FRIES. What the eff? What. The. F*ck?!
A McDonalds that is out of french fries is clearly a poor excuse for a McDonalds.

I agree with Rachel… This isn’t exactly the best McDonald’s around. While the dining room was clean, my friend’s food was delayed and there was no toilet paper in the men’s room. Not even a dispenser. When he asked about it, my friend was told that someone keeps stealing the dispenser and was given a hand-​full of napkins!

This is not the «best» McDonald’s in the world for sure. They do have two drive through lanes though so that is nice.
The burgers here are much more greasy than other McDonald’s.
