I had been taking Charlie, a cavalier king charles spaniel and poodle mix, to Just Around the Corner, here on Queen Anne. They just got too busy, so someone recommended Magnolia Paws. They are excellent. Jennifer gets how I want Charlie’s muzzle shaped, and Charlie seems to be happy to see her. So far, so good!

This place used to be our go-​to spot for our sweet girl. Until today. During a standard nail trim service while waiting, the guy YELLED at our dog for wiggling too much. Then we hear a Unilocal from the back and our dog comes out with a bloody nail. This dude tried to say that it was her fault for moving too much. Sorry, you provided a shitty service and injured our fur baby. We will NEVER be returning!

I took my Chocolate Lab here to get his nails trimmed down and I will be returning. My dog has separation anxiety and they worked well with him on minimizing the effects of a new and potentially stressful environment. We were in and out within 10 minutes. The dog won’t let me trim his nails but some how they got it done and only for $ 12.

My vet referred me to Magnolia Paw, but I’m pretty disappointed in my interaction trying to schedule an appointment. I called to make an appointment for my cat to have a lion cut, but I got a pretty cold response that they aren’t taking any new customers with cats because they are «too time consuming.» If that’s the case, I’m not sure why they advertise themselves as grooming cats. If cats take longer, you would think the solution would be charge more money, which I would have been willing to pay.

Took my somewhat temperamental Pekingese to get his nails trimmed and filed, and they even trimmed away some of his fluffy paw hair, all of which cost under $ 20. We were in and out in under 10 minutes. I have never had such a pleasant pet grooming experience before! Staff was super nice, and they did an excellent job on my baby’s nails. We will go again for sure.

Best groomer in Seattle! Great customer service, very professional, and genuine concern for our fur kids. Over the course of the 11 years we’ve had our beloved Maltese-​poodles, we’ve been able to clearly see how our dogs were treated based off their demeanor after the appointment. After their ‘spa days’ at MPS, they always leave happy and energetic. Past groomers have left us with timid, stressed, and sad dogs indicating the groomer wasn’t treating them well. Lucky we live so close, but if you’re reading this doubtful you’ll find a good groomer in Seattle, this place is worth the drive if you don’t live in Magnolia.

I love this place. My 1 year old Goldendoodle Lucy always comes back looking great, and everyone is very friendly and caring. I know it takes a lot of skill to do such a great job with a wriggly puppy, so I really appreciate their consistent quality.
Once they were booked and Lucy had some matting so I went to Rex instead, but Magnolia Paw Spa wins hands down — now I am careful to book in advance.

My Golden Retriever Vesper is always beautiful when he comes home from the «spa». Love that his bandana always has a fun theme if he goes around a holiday. Highly recommended they do an amazing amazing job.

I have taken my dog there twice and although the groomer did a fabulous job and was very nice the front desk people have an attitude. The first time I was 15 minutes late (got lost) and she informed me that this was not acceptable. When I went to pick her up they were very short with me. Considering the cost (over $ 65 for my little 10 pound dog) and not the least of which there are other alternatives I would hope they would have better customer service.

I have a golden retriever and took her to the Paw Spa for her first ever grooming. They did an incredible job, and the staff was very thoughtful and kind. I highly recommend the Paw Spa!

This place wins!!! My dog hates to get his nails trimmed. I can usually hear him howling across the large chain pet store he usually goes to for trims, and it’s mortifying. I decided to give Magnolia Paw Spa a try during their walk-​in hours (9 – 3 weekdays). The spa is clean, cute and the staff were friendly! They saw him right away and the trim took maybe 5 mins with no dramatic Unilocal from my pup! At $ 12 for a painless and fast experience, we will be back. Thank you, Magnolia Paw Spa!

I decided to try and trim my PomChi’s fur myself one afternoon and turned him into a disaster! I unknowingly shaved an exclamation mark into his side and took his fur way too short on one side. In tears, I called the Paw Spa and Angie was so calming and friendly. She took my poor pup’s tragic cut and cleaned him up so beautifully; and did an amazing job. The fur is growing in nicely and I will never again make the mistake of thinking I can groom. The staff at the salon were great and making an appointment was a breeze. I highly recommend taking your pets here for all their grooming needs and don’t do what I did!
