Luciano’s Pizza & Pasta

I love Luciano’s Pizza! I bought a medium Tropicana –fast delivery and good pizza! I’ve been ordering for a year now, definitely my favorite place in West Seattle!

This place was pretty good! I am from New York so nothing beats NYC pizza but this was really good for out here. We got delivery and it came fast and was hot. They put the pepperoni under the cheese which I have never seen but it worked. We will order from here again.

i eat this once a week minimum. so good! Delevery is fast as hell and pizza is always piping hot

Ordered a pizza from here a few weeks ago and discovered that I found another awesome pizza place in W. Seattle. My pizza was fantastic. Last week I picked up another one and it was just as superb as the first. Very expensive but that’s good because then I won’t order too often. :-)

I’ve ordered several different items off the pasta menu for take out. I have been extremely impressed. The meatballs are so so, but I have been spoiled by my grandmothers home made meatballs. Keep up the good work!

Ordered gluten free Margherita! Honestly, one of the best GF’s I have ever had. Great job! I Highly recommend this place!

This review is based on the manager Joro Kozhuharov, he immediately jumped on the situation to correct it. He sent me a message via Facebook Messenger and provided a solution. He had mypizza refund me my money :) He was very sweet and nice, he offered to speak with me directly on the phone about the situation. I am very pleased with his prompt response. When I am down in west seattle I will pay this location a visit and actually eat :) I am one happy person now. Thank you Joro for all your help!

Love this place!

Ordered delivery — nearly 2 hours on a slow Wednesday night. Ordered rootbeer got Dr Pepper. Only ordered 3 root beer but to ‘make up’ they send a bunch of Dr Pepper. 15% tip upon original order (TIP: To Insure Promptness).
Response from the owner was impressive to try and clear up for customer service in the future which earns him by respect and four stars.

Luciano’s is one of my usual places to order for delivery. The food is good, the price is fair, and they get here in a timely and friendly manner. What I would change:
When ordering online you cannot select coupons, so you have to call in.
Also when ordering meals with salads, they will not allow substitution for garden salads although they are not tasty (just my opinion) and other much better salads are the same price, or very close, and I am of course willing to pay extra.
So with an updated website and allowing minimal substitutions, I’d give them 5 stars for sure.

I was looking for delivery, I know lazy but it gives you a few extra minutes of your life not driving around. Easy to order and arrived in 25 minutes. Bonus it was delicious, BAM, 5 stars! Saved another minute with a short, sweet review!

So I decided to try and find a mom and pops pizza place. Having moved here from the East Coast, I realize Washington and doesn’t have many mom and pops pizza places. So I went searching for a good place on my way getting ready to go home from work. I saw this when I parked and then look up the reviews. The reviews were half-​and-​half so I decided to try it for myself.
I tried it the first time I ordered two slices of the house special pizza. It was super delicious! You could tell it was a mom-and-pop’s place. I feel bad for the people who ordered the gluten-​free items being that most pizza places that are small don’t really realize everything needs to be made separately on separate tables with separate equipment. If you want gluten-​free, then I highly recommend going somewhere else or making it yourself. I’m not saying they can’t make a good gluten-​free, but most places like this do it just to attract more people.
I then traveled 20 minutes to get to calzones my second visit. I ended up ordering two Luciano’s calzones and a barbecue pizza. The calzones were very delicious! The girl said they made their own Alfredo sauce for the calzones. It was very good and surprisingly so because calzones should be made with a red sauce.
I ordered the barbecue pizza and it was extremely extremely good! But the middle of the pizza when I was trying to take a slice was a little bit wet. It could’ve been from two things either not cooked all the way through or because it was so hot the cheese was still melted. I even open my windows and let the cold Air hit it so that the cheese would no longer continue melting and would finally become a solid. By doing so it actually let me grab a slice, which was so good. So from what I can see it was just really hot not raw. But I do believe they could cook their pizza just a tad bit more being that I love cooking pizza and most people prefer a pizza that is a little bit more stable.
Unfortunately, the delivery drivers are very rude. I haven’t had them delivered to my house being that it’s 45 minutes away and they won’t, but it’s the issue that when I drove there he was driving crazy and complaining like crazy. And when he almost hit my car he didn’t even apologize he just give me a dirty look. It is very old-​school mom and pops with a who cares kind of feeling. As a foodie, I feel they do very good job with pizzas but should cook the pizza a little longer or turn the oven little bit higher. From what I see if they did those minor changes this place could be amazing. They could make this a five-​star place if they fix their attitudes from some of the employees and cook the pizza a tad bit longer. Other than that, one of the only good mom-​and-​pop places I have found so far. They need a lot of improvement, but still better than most places I have been too.

I’m so sickened from the food I have ordered here because the lettuce and veggies they use are almost always rotten! I’m truly not ordering anything again from here.

I really appreciate this place. Family business, I always recognize the crew which gives a local feel, the prices are fair for what you get, and they don’t make the mistake of causing buyers remorse when you open the pizza box and there a stupid wimpy amount of toppings, making it obvious how cheap they are. Who wants to be left wondering what exactly they paid for? Good job Lucioano’s.
Con? having said that, it IS a little heavy on the amount of cheese. Some see that as a plus.

Horrible experience. Missing items in order. Called back, they argued that she had hand packed it herself, I told her I would send a photo she mumbled that they were too busy. Finally she said they would send the food I had paid for and they sent the wrong items! I called back more arguing. I am never ordering again as they have the nerve to charge a delivery charge and couldn’t get the order right both times. The manager was not in. 1. Don’t argue with a customer when you got the order wrong twice. 2. Atleast apologize instead of making things worse. Yuck! Sad thing is that the food is good but who can get past awful service?

I order from here on a regular basis, so much that the deliver guys know it’s me from my order. Never once had an issue with customer service, food is always hot, and they arrive super fast!

Keeps getting better!

I have been getting delivery from Luciano’s off and on for at least 11 years. Their pizza is great but my favorite is their Chef Salad and the BLT (bacon, lettuce, turkey and mayo). Even the small chef salad is huge. The quality of ingredients they use are high quality. As for the negative reviews I have seen here I am very puzzled. I have never had anything but great service and awesome food from Luciano’s.

To be fair I have to say that I understand Gluten Free pizza is not the easiest thing in the world to create. It can be dry, thin and just kinda take away all the joy from pizza. So much so that many of us glutoids just avoid the whole thing. But I keep trying, because once in a dream *cue music* there was this wonderful gluten free pizza that my hubby and I ordered on Fridays then *poof* it was gone. Closed down with no notice. What were we to do? SOOOOO We keep trying and no luck so far. This pizza here was like eating cardboard it was pretty terrible. I haven’t (for good reason) tried their glutenous pizza so I can’t speak for that.
If you are gluten Free do yourself a favor and pick a different meal if youw ant to try this place. Okay… enough said.

Divine NY cheesecake! Fresh, quality cobb salad! And the pizza was great!
Ordered through Unilocal.Confirmation told me 45 – 60 minute wait for delivery. Order arrived in 40 minutes. The food was prepped and boxed well for delivery. The cheesecake, salad and drinks were all stone cold while the pizza was still piping hot.
I went for dessert first. It was out of this world! PERFECTLY baked. Fantastic quality in the recipe. The crust was the appropriate minute, crumbly sweetness for the NY cheesecake style.
Their menu has a large variety of pizzas to choose from, and we went for the chicken fettuccine. It comes with alfredo, spinach, chicken and mushrooms. I went with the original crust since this was the first pie I’ve eaten from them. The crust was a bit chewy and seemed like it was a pre-​prepared frozen kind. This was more obvious when I went to take a bite because I eat my pizza with a knife and fork, removing the cheese and toppings first then eating the crust alone. I saw all the little pock marks in the dough. After eating one slice like this, the end was inedible. That said, the sauce, cheese, and rest of the toppings were really good. I’ll have to check out what other kinds of crusts they have next time.
The salad was well done. It was a half cobb salad, and the portion was perfect and the price just right at about $ 5.
I will be trying more!
