Extremely disappointed. Although they did come out immediately and were very nice this was a complete rip off. I was at my wits end after my kids kept coming home from school with lice. I’d treat it and get rid of it but then their friends would have it and it would come back again. I thought one professional treatment would help me get rid of it for good. I called and was quoted $ 175 for the first hour and $ 100 for each hour. Worst case for all of us was $ 375. A bit much but like I said, I was desperate. I was told multiple times by different representatives that it would take 2 – 3 hours for a family of 4. I agreed because like I said, I couldn’t take it anymore. The technician came on time and was very pleasant. She started at 5pm with my daughter who has shoulder length «baby fine» hair, the techs words. They cover the head with basic store bought olive oil and comb it. That’s it. It took her 2 ½ HOURS to just do her. $ 325 later I had only one kid lice free. I had to tell her to stop because at that rate it was going to be $ 1000 for OLIVE OIL!! That’s insane! I feel completely ripped off. I would recommend buying the comb (metal with grooves roughly $ 20 from Ulta) and doing it yourself. Now the upkeep… Here’s the kicker… I’m supposed to continue this process myself daily for three weeks. So $ 325 for nothing. I’m so upset. I was in tears afterwards. I’m a single mom on a very limited budget and this just blew my entire month.
