The management keep changing! And no one is ever in the property office. Renovations going on during our last few months in that apartment and you can’t take a good sleep after a night shift because workers will just be popping out everywhere taking your windows down and all! Property management sucks. We were under 3 different property management during our year of lease there because they keep changing. First one was never there, 2^nd one was not so nice, 3^rd one was okay (she might be the recent one) coz we just moved out last month. They have been doing renovations since like april 2014 up to the day we moved out. So it’s a mess in that apartment! I wish they change every interior and appliances inside the units because ours were all old and rusted (heaters, fridge, stove, dishwasher). Before we moved in last year sept 2013, they said our deck on the 4^th floor will be done in a month! But Noooooooo! We never experienced using that deck because the woods were rotting and they were supposed to work on it. They did! But just during the last month when they were doing the renovations and we never got a chance to use it because they were too slow that when we left, the deck is still being done.
They said they are raising their prices but for the amount they are charging now, i wish they will change it and it should look all be brand new after their renovations. If not, then it’s totally not worth the price they are charging. The hallway carpets smelled disgusting especially in the 2^nd floor. Thank Goodness coz they changed the carpet. But there’s still that weird smell.
We are so thankful that we are out of that place already!

I’m a current resident. On July 11^th, (a friday evening) we came home to a note on our door that said that we have 20 days to move out. No explanation was given and we weren’t able to get ahold of anyone until the following tuesday. It had been possible to put up with this unpleasant apartment because at least it was cheap (until two months ago when they raised our rent $ 200). (When I say «unpleasant» I mean that almost none of the lights in the parking garage worked, there was no apartment number on our unit, the hallway carpets were in a horrible state of repair, and the window in the bedroom leaked water when it rained).
But on to the reason for my review. This morning, while having coffee in my living room, construction workers ripped my back sliding glass door out. Needless to say I was surprised. I have tried to find the apartment manager with no luck, and although I left a phone message asking for some information, there has been no return call.
I don’t think anyone will need my review to know to stay away from this place, but I couldn’t in good conscious not warn folks against coming here.

We lived in a unit in this building for a couple years some years back. The management was nice enough but it was hard to get them to get things done maintenance wise. They had on site management but you could rarely get a hold of them. Most of the tenants weren’t kid friendly at all. I’ll take noisy little kids who don’t know better over a bunch of pompous college kids partying til all hours but we were the ones who got noise complaints when our infant fussed in his crib for 30 seconds while we put up with random morons drunkenly buzzing our apartment to be let in at 2am because they couldn’t find their keys or bowling across the ceiling above us while we tried to sleep at night. Go figure. The place is located close to Ricks so if you like strippers move here.

Never consider this apartment. Always changing management & unorganized. Many problems with the apartment– flooding, construction here & there. Moreover, even with the accounting, they don’t do well. They can send you statement saying you owe them $ 400 due to increase in price accumulated for 1 year??? worst service
now, they didnt explain about my $ 500 refundable deposit after 2 months.
