Clearly one of the greatest family businesses in Seattle! I love this place! No matter if I want to get some little gift for my sisters or a crystal«Award» vase for one of my customers, I can always find the perfect gift at Kusak Cut Glass Works. Corporate recognition awards are just one of their specialties! The will custom engrave on wine bottles, glasses, decanters as well as your logo and custom text for your special recognition awards. The ART Glass is beautiful if you are looking for that special wedding gift that that will stand out above all the rest, go to Kusak’s! Break a glass or chip a vase? They most likely will be able to come up with some type of repair that will make it look and function as good as new! Even better, they provide the highest level of professional, personal service to everyone who they encounter! They make you feel important when you walk in. I can’t say enough about Kusak Cut Glass Works!

It’s been a while since I have been here, but this is still worth noting for any Unilocal searches in the future. My mom finally remembered the name of this place and we both fondly remember coming here. We had several antique pieces we needed appraised, and we were able to get swift, authoritative answers about the pieces and the market in general while we were here. These days, such informal appraisals are probably better done online if you know anything at all about the piece, but at the time the help was invaluable. I wish I could say we had bought or commissioned something here, so I could comment on that. But I can’t, even though that’s really their main purpose. The service, though, is charming and deeply informed, and I can’t say enough good things about them.

I went here to get someone a Christmas gift as they already have a collection of different designed wine glasses from kusak. I knew this place would be expensive because all of the glasses are hand cut, but I was still a little surprised that they were about $ 50 a glass. That being said, I’d go back in a heartbeat because even though I was looking pretty slacker-esq in my sweatshirt and no makeup, they were just as nice to me as they were to the other customer who exuded wealth. The owner, Anton Kusak randomly started explaining how they make all the designs with only 4 types of stones. He made drawings and everything. I didn’t ask. He is just so obviously interested in the process and loves talking to the customers about it. It made the experience better, having the owner himself come out and talk with the customers about his store. Very nice people, very nice glassware. I have one wine glass and will be adding to my own collection soon enough.
