I really like Dr. Burnett. It’s hard to get in for an appointment sometimes because he is pretty popular, so if you don’t have flexibility in your schedule maybe you should choose another dentist. The girl that cleaned my teeth was great: very thorough and nice to chit chat with. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the pretty secretary girl at the front desk(her name is Sarah I believe) is not that nice. She comes off as patronizing and it seems like every time she says something she’s rolling her eyes at you. It’s a major turn off but maybe I’m reading too much into it.

I date Pamela H and am good friends with Lily S. so this review may be a bit skewed… My first visit to Dr. Burnett’s office was a breeze. My cleaner/lady, Candice was super friendly and was very easy to talk to. Sue was also great about advice on how to break up appointment visits to maximize my insurance. All in all, it makes getting my teeth cleaned enjoyable.

Dr. Burnett and his staff are top notch! I mean, how many dentist offices do you know that actually run on time? I have the same hygienist every time, and she’s a doll. I just wish I could remember her name. Dr. Burnett did my very first(and hopefully last) crown for me a year or so ago, and it’s perfect. The whole process was(almost) painless. Sarah at the front desk keeps everything on schedule, and makes dealing with the insurance company a breeze. Caveat — parking here can be a royal B. There are two lots close by and sometimes they are both full. Leave a few minutes earlier so you don’t stress yourself out.

THE best dentist is the Seattle Area. The staff are professional and friendly, the wait times almost nil. The whole office runs like a clock.

Ok, so aside from the fact that the entire right side of my face was numb for almost 5 hours, and I couldn’t stop drooling this morning, and couldn’t enunciate to save my life, I feel GREAT! This morning I had some dental work done — a crown and 2 fillings from somewhere in the vicinity of 1976 redone — and they a) look fantastic and b) feel no pain! There was a whole lot of drillin’ goin’ on in my mouth and the best part was that I didn’t feel a thing! Doc Burnett & his staff are super friendly, they offer movies & music to listen to if you’re getting your mouth drilled(I rocked out to my Ipod), and then send you off at the end of your appt w/a lot of nifty mouth gadgets & toothpaste. If you’re looking for a no bullshit or pain dentist, this it the dude to go to.
