We worked with Patrick for our master bathroom remodel. He is a great guy and most importantly kind and honest — An absolute pleasure to work with.
Our Redmond home was a 1963 house with an really old old bathroom. Patrick and his team transformed it completely. His design decisions are very tasteful and modern. Even though it was a small space he managed to give us our must haves :) — including a tooth brush shelf, embedded wall mirror and niche in the shower.
We did run into a few issues and frustrations as people usually do with any remodeling project but we felt Patrick dealt with them as honestly as one could. We did make a lot of changes to the initial plan and he was extremely patient with accommodating what we needed.- Ex We had to order a Vanity from Canada and he accommodated his work schedule around that.
The tile work is usually taken for granted but when we see the bathroom today — it looks like the layers were completely planned to be symmetrical on all four walls. That was AWESOME !!

I had Patrick from Joy Development came out this last month to do work on my rental home West Seattle. Patrick came out to do an interior remodel to my kitchen and bathroom. Patrick was awesome and such a nice down to earth guy. His finished work is beautiful and he has a great eye for detail. I will be using Patrick on my personal home this summer and will follow up with another review once it is complete.

Patrick came to my rental and did the subfloor in my bathroom. I was extremely satisfied with the way it turned out. He saved me the time and frustration of doing it myself. He won’t mislead you about a cost of a project, moreover, would give you money saving tips from where to buy materials to conservative maintenance.
