Co worker and I ordered a sandwich to split, tasted good, but we were both pissing out of our asses after eating said sandwich. On a positive, delivery was prompt.

Workers are extremely rude and certainly make it obvious that they don’t enjoy working there. It reflects their food as a result. Please replace your staff with people who know customer service. Note: Give good service as you would like if you were a customer.

Tacoma can learn a thing or two from these guys… Delivery via bicycle was quick and right to my building. The sandwich was perfectly assembled and bread was soft and fresh. Ordered a sandwich and it was delivered in 8 minutes via bicycle as usual… I’m impressed, even in the Washington weather these guys know how to keep their customers happy.

Got the wrong delivery and immediately called to correct it. However upon the 1st delivery(the incorrect one) I noticed the receipt gives the customers personal address and phone number. So now a stranger has my info and I called this person. He said«haha sucks to be you since you paid more! And why are you even calling?!» I don’t appreciate or feel good at all knowing another person has my info and signed for my card. Btw when the first order arrived the girl said«signing is JUST a formality» and got out away as soon as she threw the bag in my hand. Upon calling to correct it I was never offered anything; I don’t expect or feel entitled but a discount or free sandwich would make this semi right. Would you want a stranger having your address and phone number? Or how about signing on your behalf? Sorry but this is a breach of my personal privacy and I don’t appreciate it.

Jimmy Johns, your sandwiches have gotten me through many a night shift. And you were always open at the wee hours of the morning when I got hungry after caring for my sick patients without a break for 6 hours. Your fast delivery was always appreciated and I wondered at your ability to bike down here so ferociously. But now you have changed your hours! My coworkers and I have shed a few tears tonight in mourning for our 1am Jimmy John’s orders.

Demanded a phone number for a pickup, put me on hold to consult a manager, GJ morons, just lost my business permanently. Anyone who would give this dump a 5 star review on food quality have the pallet of a coal miner.

Yo momma doesn’t want you to go to Jimmy John’s because she can make the same sandwiches for cheaper. There’s really not much craft that goes into these sandwiches, but this place saved my ass during finals week because I was crunched for time, and I needed a sandwich to last me two meals. Thanks, Italian Nightclub. Probably tastes really good when you’re high, but it’s not like I’ve ever tried… Also ages well in a refrigerator. Decent 3 outta 5

It’s amazing how different each Jimmy Johns location is. This one gets 4 stars for the really nice service. So much more friendly than Eastside locations. I only ever get delivery and its so consistently fast, no matter the weather. Thank you bikers! The sandwiches vary between good and amazing depending on how hungry I am, but really you get JJs for the quick meal.

Simple and speedy, just how I like it. Wish they had a few more options. Mustard please! Don’t forget to ask to leave the bread filling in if you don’t want it scraped out to make room for more the other fillings.

Despite the very quick service, the sandwich was worth nowhere near the $ 5.75 I paid for it. A slice or two of roast beef, some stale-tasting lettuce, tomato and cucumber is all I was given on a roast beef sandwich for which I asked for«everything on it». Very disappointing, and very unfulfilling. For such a low-quality sandwich, I could’ve gone to Subway and paid half the price

Jimmy Johns is freaky fast because they’re freaky careless. One time, my sandwich came without turkey, many times without oregano, and this time without the avocado spread. I know my order is a little complicated(turkey tom, no mayo, avocado, extra tomato and oregano), but that’s why I order it online so you have it written down. The worst part is that whenever they make a mistake, they require that you hand in the half eaten mistake sandwich in exchange for the corrected version. Why do they need my half eaten sandwich back? I’m usually starving when I order from them(which is usually the only reason I order from them), so most of the time I don’t feel like waiting and watching everyone else eat their sandwich(so as not to make them wait for me too) while they bring me a new one. I’ve asked that they just do a return so I don’t have to wait, and that’s not an option either. All in all, Jimmy Johns is good for very mediocre food and a fast meal if you’re pulling a late night at the library. For me, it’s always a last resort… and I’m usually left feeling disappointed.

This is what you really need to know about Jimmy John’s and how they treat workers.

We had the Jimmy John’s Party Platter for lunch today with the Turkey Tom, Totally Tuna, and Vegetarian. Overall, I thought the food was OKAY. Nothing spectacular, but far from bad. As a whole, the sandwich contents were tasty(especially the tuna), but I found the bread a little lacking in flavor, texture, and freshness. Put simply, I was just eating the bread because it kept everything together. Nevertheless, this is a better alternative than Subway and if you had to choose between the two, go with Jimmy John’s.

I used to come here quite often, as a slightly better alternative to Subway. The sandwiches are pretty good. With all the cheese they put on there, they’re probably not the healthiest. After a while, having their one vegetarian sub can get rather monotonous. Indeed, Jimmy John’s does not have very many vegetarian-friendly options. Most of the subs are packed with meat. Additionally, the company founder is very aggressive in support of hunting for sport(not purely for food). You’ll also notice in the University District location quotes making fun of animals being used for food. There’s no respect for the food or the animals that went into them. Avoid Jimmy John’s.

This review is mainly to commend Jimmy John’s on their freakishly fast delivery service. You may have seen the delivery gals and gals on their bikes. If you go to UW and live in Mercer Court or Stevens Court, expect to get your sandwich within 10 minutes. Yes, 10 minutes! It would’ve taken me 30 min to get to and from their brick and mortar on foot. There’s no delivery fee, but remember to leave a tip. You can place your entire order online. Crazy convenient! The sandwiches themselves are okay. Nothing special, and choices are limited. Wheat bread costs $ 1.00 extra. The dill pickles are a bit pricey($ 1.75), but they’re giant haha.

They live up to their slogan, «Freaky Fast», EVERYTIME! I barely have time to put away my change before my sandwich is done. I hope all locations are as speedy as this one! Sandwiches are good, much better than a Subway sandwich. Their delivery is also awesome! Never waited more than 15 minutes for a sandwich to cone to me whether I’m on campus or at hone. They even will come into buildings to meet you; very impressive. Only thing that is annoying… where are the napkins? I can’t find them in here and none came with the sandwich. Jimmy johns: Probably my favorite chain of restaurants!

I had my first Jimmy Johns today. Can’t say it was any different than Subway or Quiznos or any other sub shop. I tried the Turkey Tom(think that was what it was called) and chocolate chunk cookie. Cookie was much bigger than subways cookies and it had both white milk chocolate in it. Sub was fine, but I’m not dying to have another one or anything. Delivery was fast, even during the lunch rush. But I guess that’s what they are known for. After all, whenever I think of Jimmy John’s I think of their commercial about how fast they are!

Fresh, fast, and without that weird bread smell that Subway has. As far as chain sandwich shops go, this is our preferred stop. My favorites are probably the Vegetarian and the Vito — very delicious and almost totally opposite. The hot peppers are a nice addition to the Vito — do it! Throw in some crunchy chips and a Cherry Coke, and I’m a happy girl. This location is small but conveniently located on the Ave; it’s always busy but tables move fast, so it’s not so bad. We only come if we’re on campus, though — otherwise it’d be a pain to try to drive to and park at.
